Well the patient got his heart transplant. Too bad I also left 12 scalpels, two metal boxes, and a bunch of glass shards in his chest cavity.... I'm sure he'll be fine.

Sometimes, as a game developer, you have to ask yourself certain questions. Questions like, is this really what I was going for?

First i was trying to do it right.
1. take of the bloody cloth
2. try to rip his rib cage with just my hand
3. try to grab the hammer while watching the lungs glitch out cause of my previous attempt
4. **** this **** I'm leaving

the concept made me ROFLMAO , but sadly i don't have the patience to master the control to even hurt the guy , all i could do is drop a scalpel in him and trow all the other instrument on the floor trying to grab something.i hope that if i end up in the hospital someday i wont end up with that kind of doctor

what do you mean i killed him?!?!?!!?!? all i did is i throwed out all hes organs exept heart and put another heart in!!!! thats all i did!!!!!!!!!! well ok he doesnt have any bones left and hes out of blood but stil! hes alive beleave :) well ok mayby hes zombie or someting like that bicause when i ended operation he was saying brains, brains.......... i want brains! give some brains!!!!!!!! or i will kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and eat youre brains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then i picked up knife and stabed him in da brains!!!!!!!!!! then i poped on his face... sorry poor litle zombie!!!!!!!!!! please forgive me!!!!!! oh and congrats if you readed all my coment :D ok this smile creeps me out *_* oh and this game is inposible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the dark humor of this, the horrible controls, I think add to the flavor of the game. Honestly, my biggest gripe is that the guy is already opened up, I'd like to hack, ahem, I mean perform surgery with a fresh cadaver...um, i mean, meh it's a torture sim...

Quality adjustment option would be nice.Lagg combined with weird controls makes it pretty impossible.I knocked most of my tools of the table in 1 move.

Poorly planned. Potential is there but controls are weak, learning curve is steepand lack of a tutorial of any kind makes it a fairly unenjoyable experience.

I love the idea of this game!!! To bad the controls are so horrible. Could not grab a thing and just by moving the arm was knocking stuff off the table. The movement would keep moving even after i stopped my mouse. I think the idea and the work on it so far are pretty good as far as graphics, but the movement is horrible, not so much the control layout.

Well I enjoyed giving the guy the finger in his sleep and then accidentally making his ribcage explode by shoving my fingers under it and pushing his left lung to the right side, and then put all the stuff I could push in to his chest cavity in there. Can anyone else not move the hand when you're holding something?

I think doing this in real life would be much easier because you know how to grab this other than just throw everything around

To anybody complaining about the controls... you don't get it. This game is hilarious precisely because of the control scheme.
