Well, as i grabbed the hammer, having no idea what i was doing, i smacked his rib cage with it. That's when it happened... BOOM!! Hammer time! Organs go flying everywhere! "No need for those obviously" i think as they fly into the darkness behind the man's head. the saw is taken and slices into the poor guy's heart, and it shoots out of his body. Punch open the heart that will replace his and drop the heart (like you're dropping the mic) into the hole, now bleeding like crazy. Yet, the operation is a success and apparently he will be ok...

Easy way of getting Success: Take the hammer and smash his rib cage. Yes. Smash it. Now take out the bones when they fly, and the lungs. If you can grab the heart, get a scalpel and carefully cut the arteries to the heart. When it stops beating, take it out and take the heart in the box and just throw it in his chest. + to keep this walkthrough alive!

ummm....sorry but I dropped the heart I wated to put in you,then accidentally cut your face with the saw,broke some ribs with the hammer what I left in your chest,together with the saw,2 cups,a strange pointy thing and probably a pen.you might have some breathing issues,because I tore out both lungs,and you aren't supposed to be alive,because I tore out your old heart as well,then to hide the evidences,I pushed a green,bloody cloth in the place of the 2 lungs,and the heart,and you lost nearly 8 litres of blood,but it doesen't matter,as long as you are still bleeding XDD

This is the most I've laughed in a long, long time. My only complaint is that after I skillfully knocked all of the most useful tools (i.e. the hammer) off of the table and out of reach, I could not restart the game.

Productive criticism. Game could work but its never going to work unless you allow the fingers to curl around a tool laying flat on the table. I mean if you cant do this the tools need to be on a rack or something you can get the fingers around. Otherwise you sit there and try to grasp at the tools and all you end up doing is knocking them off the table.

I shoved the new heart, the old heart, one of lungs, the radio and a bunch of ribs back in. I got an A++ for surgery. Yup, that's how Medicine.

Okay that'll be $2000 please. $1000 for the heart transplant and a extra $1000 for every single tool I lost in your chest area. Oh, and you now have no lungs or a ribcage. And i was too lazy to take the other heart out of your chest so you now have two hearts!
