me:in step of a heart I put a radio so now when your heart pumps it is just the music of the radio so now your blood is muisic :D

ummm....sorry but I dropped the heart I wated to put in you,then accidentally cut your face with the saw,broke some ribs with the hammer what I left in your chest,together with the saw,2 cups,a strange pointy thing and probably a pen.you might have some breathing issues,because I tore out both lungs,and you aren't supposed to be alive,because I tore out your old heart as well,then to hide the evidences,I pushed a green,bloody cloth in the place of the 2 lungs,and the heart,and you lost nearly 8 litres of blood,but it doesen't matter,as long as you are still bleeding XDD

Good news, Bad news: Good news- Transplant success! Bad news- I broke your rib cage, damaged your lungs and stabbed your heart out. Now your chest only has a heart. Oh yea, you might get sudden pains in your heart because a piece of your rib cage got in the way and I have a syndrome call cant-control-my-hand syndrome. Anyway, just don't go boxing.

so there is some good news and some bad news. the bad news is that i shattered his ribs threw away his lungs and repeatedly stabbed and sawed away at his heart and he died. the good news is that his chest makes a great carrying case for my tools!

I'm sorry Mr.Bob, but i'm afraid your rib won't grow back plus we don't have the technology to give you a independent artificial lungs so you have no choice but to go to the iron lung machine

i dropped a rib on the saw and i couldnt get it off so the patient died.
keep in mind the saw was on the table and the rib was detached.
