it would be great if you dont need to held the keys to keep the fingers "closed". Seem an interesting concept, but too hard to handle or too limited by the present settings

Yeah so it seems easy. Just rip off the ribs with a saw, then tears away the lugs, take a bisturi and cut off the veins and arteries attached to the heart, take the heart apart and take the new one from the box on the right. Then just throw it in (in the right direction, not upside down like i did) in the chest. *good job*

After loosing 3 knifes inside the patient i just decided i swing around with my last knife, i finally got the heart out of the patient and gladly found the new heart. Operation was perfect

I'm playing this game now because I watched pewdiepie's video on youtube...freaking hilarious hahahaha. Plus I love simulation games! ^^ This game's epic! Unity web player is awesome~

I should have done this in my Social Studies class and show my teacher how the Aztecs took out a heart. I bet that I woud either have gotten an A+ or got kicked out or using an electrical device in class XD.
