"I'm sorry to inform you of of this, but in the process of heart transplantation you have lost your both lungs and the rib cage. You might also experience some chest pains because of the few instruments I lost in there. Good point - the operation was a success and you now have two hearts!"

After accidentally throwing the saw across the room and breaking all the glass vessels, I somehow managed to spill a bunch of pins or something into his chest cavity. I then tried to pick up the hammer, which was lying on his sternum, and somehow got a firm grip on one of his lungs, between two ribs. After tugging and wrenching from side to side for a few seconds, his ribcage lost structural integrity, and ribs and organs went flying everywhere. One of the lungs landed in the organ transport container, so I guess it's ready to go. This guy certainly doesn't need it anymore.

hmmm... Bonesaw or hammer? *SMASH!!!* "okay, now these go on the ground. And now to repeatedly stab the heart with a scalpel"

As I tried to murder the patient to reset the level, bringing him under 1 liter of blood and causing him to start bleeding phenomenally quickly, I finally managed to get the patient's heart loose. After failing to grab it many times, I finally picked it up and threw it over the edge of the table. I took the new heart out of its container and tried to put it in his chest, but my thumb was stuck in it. I shook my hand to get the heart loose. As it fell through the air towards the patient's chest, he bled to death. The heart landed a split second later. Probably the most intense video game session I have ever played.

"Everyone chill the heck out, I'm a doctor!" *Smashes ribs and lungs like crazy, replaces his heart with a radio and gives the bird*

this is such a good programmed game, but I think heart surgery might be a bit too advanced at the moment, maybe cooking eggs and spaghetti is a better idea

so there is some good news and some bad news. the bad news is that i shattered his ribs threw away his lungs and repeatedly stabbed and sawed away at his heart and he died. the good news is that his chest makes a great carrying case for my tools!

In a desperate attempt to figure out how to do this, I rapidly flailed the saw around, somehow destroying his rib cage and sending his lungs flying. I then picked up the first heart, flung it across the room and flopped the other in. I was like, WTF?

Congradulations, You were lucky enough to get a competent doctor! now just be careful, you lost your ribs and lungs, but we replaced those with some pins, a radio, some broken glass, a lot of sharp metal things, and a giant saw. Also, Why is your heart in your stomach? you should go see a surgeon about that. Have a nice day!

As soon as I opened the chest cavity, my entire arm spontaneously went numb. I immediately realized that my first one-handed surgery was in jeopardy, so I promptly gouged out every salvageable organ with my hammer and stuffed them in the box in case the next patient needed them. In a last-ditch effort to complete the transplant, I grabbed his heart with my bare hand and violently tried to rip it out to make room, but the thing was stuck as hard as concrete... and then they brought in the next guy...

After 17:03 minutes, surgery is complete. Patient is missing a ribcage and his lungs, but with his new heart I'm sure he wont need it, since the dean of medicine gave me a A++ rating! I feel prepared now *quits mechanic and becomes a surgeon*

How you win:
First you need to remove his ribs. you're supposed to do this with the bonesaw (I think?) but it's a lot easier with the hammer.
Once the ribs are broken, you pick them up and put them aside. Same with the lungs.
Then you pick up one of the scalpels (small metal knife) and you have to cut all the cords around his heart. There are 4? I think? Once you cut them all, attempt to pick up the heart. If you grab it but the heart won't come loose, you have to keep cutting.
Once you have successfully removed the heart, take a breather. he'll be fine. When you're ready, open up the box on the right side and throw the new heart into his chest.
VICTORY!
How to ACTUALLY win: Crack his chest open with the hammer, then mutilate his current heart with the saw.

I think the mouse should be locked to the play field, like most unity games. I keep clicking on outside items because I have to move the mouse outside of the container.

post-op evaluation: Well how did your first surgery go ? Did you encounter any problems ? ------------ Everything went well but we will need different scalpels the ones we got now are almost impossible to pick up and even more so when its in the patients abdominal cavity.------------ ah who cares you removed his internal organs right ? well then he should have enough room to store that scalpel for us untill his next surgery.

It was all going really well....I removed hiribs and lungs, and carefully set them on the table to go get his new heart. Then the motorized saw fell on a lung.......whole operation went to hell pretty quickly after that.....
