The best in this game was the joke about getting it on steam via greenlight. Take a hint: You shouldnt't have shown it in public if you ever wanted this to happen.

Ahhh, easy going... destroy the whole chest with the hammer, take all the crap out, cut the old heart on the 3 points and finally, throw the new heart in the right position. Done! I think, now i am a heart specialist. Feel free to call me if u need a surgery! =)

Soo....it would be NICE to play the game! The Unity Web program is a piece of garbage. I've tried on many occasions to dl it. I even went TO THEIR website...still it's a crock. *shakes head*

Hmmm this was impossible to play on Chrome, couldn't even pick up the hammer. However, using firefox I am an A++ surgeon. Just hope this guy never tries to take a flight - he has now has scalpels in his chest cavity instead of a ribcage

Clearly I am getting too old.. Cause I have no clue where the humor is. Is it like Postal? The screams from the protagonist doesn't really go with that.

I finally managed to complete it! Didn't even know it's possible till now :D
Just carefully break the rib chest (i did it with hammer), remove everything, lungs too. Then cut the veins leading from the original heart with one of the scalpels laying around and then put in the new heart. The veins will join themselves i think.

If you finish do you get anything but an A++? I've completed in various times and blood levels, the fastest being in less than 3 minutes the highest blood level was nearly 4k (not simultaneously.) other times he had less than 1k blood and took me about 5 minutes still got A++.

Somehow the aorta is interchangeable with the sternum. Well i guess that the rib bones are hollow blood could flow through in a resonable maner.

RIPPED OUT BOTH HIS LUNGS ALL HIS RIBS THREW THEM ON THE FLOOR AND DIDNT EVEN ATTACH HIS HEART BACK AND STILL GOT A++ sorry for caps

Hammer time is fun and all, but it makes the patient lose an entire liter of his blood. Instead, I used a safer and more humane way of breaking the ribcage: smashing the new heart into the ribs over and over again.
