ok, this game is hilarious, particularly if you watch some of the youtube vids people have made, however, it is easily the lowest rated game I have ever seen stay on the homepage, what's up with that?

after losing all my tools i then proceded to try to rip his heart out it seemed to have made my arm have a seizure i relized i still had the hammer but it fell of the table i proceded to give it the finger and started punching bobs heart

Under the assumption this was designed horrible by purpose, and god I hope that because I feel like the guy from QWOP, this is outstanding. I can stick him the finger, just like in real life!

Honestly it would be easier to do this in person then using the controls of this game. Better off being a real surgeon..

Which version of Unity does this require? I manually installed what is supposed to be the most recent one, but I still get a message saying "Failed to update Unity Web Player" and the option to view error details or install manually.

Scrolled down saw all the comments.... Scrolled back up, play the game, smashed the ribs with the hammer, took out the lungs violently with a saw, took out the heart and replaced it with a radio....

I now have enough experience to perform surgery on myself...now before i bleed out, anyone know how to put ribs back on? And where can i buy hearts? Maybe i should have planned this out more >_>

QWOP gone surgeon. the rib cage is gone, he have 2 hearts and blood level was 165, and he is fine im sure he will live
