Fantastic. Upgrades are all great, depending on what you want, from deep see fishing to slaughtering hordes of ships. the music is fantastic, the art is fitting and smooth, the gameplay is easy to learn, and very fun. I love flipping about mid-air, trying to launch myself to the moon with my boost. 5/5 and faved, fantastic job :D

finally got the hard badge. This is realy an endurance badge, but if you keep collecting the ingame achivements, you can play more carefully. The best is if you have enough points to increase you health regen update so get more health back as you lose on starve + it helps alot to get the 1 and 2 minute achivement.
I got all ingame achivements exept the "25 humans" combo.
And a good info at the end: if you can jump high enouge to get the birds and the moon, you can also find upgrade points near the clouds

I've never liked games where achievements are for single games, and this is no exception. That's it's combined with the upgrade system just makes it worse.

this game is horrible; without the ability to fullscreen the mouse keeps going off window and you end up wiggling ever so slightly

Like really like upgrade games and was sure this was a 5/5 but I can't give it that high....only reason is IF I have to restart the same level 20 times it becomes no fun, in other upgrade games it still gives you "something" for trying again, this game doesn't give anything if you fail....even if it kept count of fish eaten or anything would be nice

Fun game. Though the mouse control is very sporadic, not to mention once you get out of the game window numerous other pull downs appear over the game window. Making it quite difficult to see what you are getting into. Though I think the BotD will be out of my hands as I can never seem to get beyond 12 achievements before I die.

sorry for doublepost, but I read the description for the "Fish and Ships" badge. Seems that it should be possible to beat it.

Is there a strategy or possibility to beat lvl 50???
I got all achievements and had no problem with all other levels, cause I got them very early. but in lvl 50 there are 40 Enemies and if you kill some, they replenish. Because of this and of the saying in the beginning of the level I nearely believe that it isn't ment to be beaten.

I think WASD keys should be used for control. The mouse movement is very clunky unless you keep your cursor within the game window.

dunno if i'm missing something but it won't let me pass Wave 1 ... I kill the three boats/humans and then I'm just swimming around til I run out of food or let myself die, and then I still keep swimming ... 0/200 health, empty stomach & lungs and yet i keep swimming. The fish don't swim away from me anymore but I can't eat them. A bug, or a special place in whale hell?

This game needs a "wave select" or at least a "fun mode" where you can go back to earlier wave and play with the current skill points you've already earned and/or all skill points. For example I'd really love to try my hand at catching birds on earlier waves, but if I went back to do this I'd lose all my current upgrades. And as I go forward, the game feels like "work" and is quickly becoming un-fun.

The game is a blast for awhile, but at a certain point it just feels like work. The hard badge isn't impossible or anything, but after 30 waves or so I just don't feel like playing anymore. Overall a really enjoyable game though, 4/5!

can you "lock" the mouse into the game... i found myself always activating the kongregate tabs and blocking the screen. it's easy to go off the game when you're flipping about.

For those having trouble jumping high: raise boost and depth, then swim down deep, turn to face upward and - while still down there - click to boost. Trying to boost while near the surface is near-worthless for jumping.
