I would like it a lot better if the ball were to move faster, it gets kind of annoying waiting for the ball to reach the other side of the screen.

Great concept, and quite fun on the harder challenges!
...I remember this being posted a while ago on the FK games forum.

good concept you have a small problem with collision detection the ball keeps bouncing around in the inside of my paddle

Thanks KillerKlown and Ubenthere. You'll be pleased to know that I've just implemented another UPDATE: you can now hit "Enter" on the level completed menu to continue and "R" to replay. (Thanks to Blink for this suggestion)

This is an intresting game idea, but I don't like the controls, I think it would be better if the paddle pointed towards the mouse or something. Music gets annoying.

Thanks Perrako. Actually you can control it with the mouse, you can also change the paddle speed. All of this is in the Options menu. And for some reason the physics system freaked out when I made the game smaller, so I need to look into it. I tested it out and it doesn't seem all too bad to me though, so it's playable.

Ch00se, it's a good concept, but my main issues with it are that the bounce angles aren't always right, the ball bounces around inside the paddle, and the left and right control is way way too sensitive. I agree with phineas; make it mouse controlled.

Thanks for the comment Combustable. But I have to admit that you are the very first person to say that the music wasn't good. Everyone else I've talked to has loved it. In case you missed it there is a mute button there as well :)

Well, even though no deals were made I still made some changes ;). You will now win if the ball touches any part of the goal. There are several more options including the option to use your mouse, save rotation settings during movement, and change the speed of your paddle. Oh... and THE GAME IS SMALLER. With these changes I think I dealt with all the issues people had except our physicists who seem to think that there exists a magic ball in the world that floats around and yet still adheres to our Newtonian laws of physics. Have fun!

OK, I'll make a deal with all of you. If you will actually come back and play the game and possibly re-rate it then I'll make these and any future changes that sounds good. Deal?

I like this game, but the only flusterating thing is that when your ball touches the outer part of the goal,it doesn't "Win".

I honestly like this game a lot. It's one of the few games i come back to. I wish the high scores would work so it could put a bit more meaning behind my playing, as i've played it through a few good times. If the game is too big try hitting F11. Good work ch00se. It has a few bugs that I'm sure could/will be worked out but the playability is great imo. 5 stars from me.

Screen is waaaaay too big. Controls are really funny, perhaps use of mouse would be better. Physics and collision detecting/handling is not too good; ball bounces in funny directions sometimes, and sometimes you can get it "stuck" inside the paddle. The powerup which lets you move the ball manually is really weird, because movement is jerky and almost random. Graphics are very, very plain. At least the music was good though.

The game is too large for my screen, and the controls feel a bit awkward, compared to Uber Breakout, which was a similar 'round-pong' type of game. The angles just don't feel natural enough.

I like the powerups, they still apply to simple angular laws though they seem to lack some of the main ones in certain aspects. Good game, but could use improvements.

I'd give it a 4 as it is an appealing game but sometimes the geometry seems a bit off. Perhaps it is designed to be changing as if gravity(or some force that changes angles) is present. Overall nice job I liked the R power-up.

Great idea. Frame a bit too large but a minor problem due to scroll bars. I five'd it.
When (if) you make another version, maybe you could get around it with a moving camera. Or not.
Anyway, props!
