The "bad" ending leaves room for some interesting sequels. Just saying. 5/5 for good controls, good graphics for its type and excellent storytelling.

Clean up your code. The amount of slowdown in this game is ridiculous. The spine-shooting enemies in particular lag the game to the point where it's almost unplayable.

Nice retro graphics and music, and probably the most awesome player character I've seen in a platformer. 5/5! Cheers.
Too bad my comp somehow erased savefiles (not developer's fault) and I didn't get to see the endings. Hopefully someone makes youtube vids out of them. :)

Love this game so much! Very well done. Two things that could make it even better: being able to shoot in mid-air, and a different control scheme. I tried both the original and the new controls schemes (of which, I prefer the original), but both feel a bit awkward. I would suggest making use of WASD instead of the arrow keys. My suggestion: A and D move left and right, W is to jump, S is to inspect/activate, and the Enter key is to shoot. This is a slightly more intuitive layout, and would feel more natural for most players. This game's already a 5/5 though; I love the story, the artwork, and the overall adventure.

I have encountered a bug towards the end while approaching the temple. The automated sequence freezes and prevents me from being able to Conflict.

One thing I noticed: The options menu calls the game "Legacy of Kalevala" instead of "Legend of Kalevala". Just thought I'd point that out.

Hmmm. The end doesn't work. I have 31 memories, 4 songs, but at the statue, I can press every key I want, nothing happens.

not to the hard badge seekers -- there's not an enemy to beat, you just put all the gems in the statue underground, and then enter the light while the screen is "shaking"

Isn't the game title wrong in the credits?
It say "Legacy of Kalevala" but it's "Legend of Kalevala" everywhere else.

For some Reason, the keys tend to become sticky for a short while sometimes. I especially noticed this problem in the Room 'Hubris'.Since Sticky Keys is a common problem in Internet Explorer, but I'm using Firefox and since I haven't had this problem in earlier versions of the game, I assume it's a problem that got in here with on of the updates. Then again, it could just be my keyboard, but it doesn't happen in other games.

The game is great but i seam to get lost a lot and i find old brains after i find new ones but the game is still a 5/5 gj. :D

"When you approach the machine you see a large gem waiting. You insert the smaller gem into the hole in the center. The entire machine begins to glow." Am I missing something? Done x4 and nothing left to do. I'm blocked from going up and not finding anywhere to remove the blocks.

i don't know if this is supposed to be but at the "serve no more" part i was able to get on one of the platforms at the op with double jump before i unlocked the green elevator and from there i got the running ability and now i'm kinda lost did i miss anything?
