Hello, just for say how I love your game ! Ans just one question, when you update this ? Because in "worldly rumination" there's a door you can open when the expansion will be made ? This game is a gem !

his game is amazing. It actually somehow captures and conveys emotions, like melancholy, bittersweetness, curiosity, isolation, anticipation, and a little regret.
for me it really just screams "retro". I wasn't even a part of the generation who played games like this, but it still manages to bring out a sense of nostalgia.
This game is a masterpiece in it's own right, and just.. just <3
waaahhhh I dunno if it just hits a chord with me or if everyone else is feeling these things in the game too. ;n;

Finally, a platformer with challenge. I used to love Mario, but now it seems second class: the graphics, the music, the storyline... all of it is uncompared to any platformer ive played before. All I need to do is get the "good" ending, and then I will have beat it, but i have a feeling im going to come back to this game long after that.

This game has an intense storyline, and that what I enjoyed most. In the good ending, you give the Ancestors a safe planet, but in doing so, you trap youself on Kalevala. In the bad ending, you help the Courier get its revenge, but in doing so, give it complete control, and you have no say over what you can do. It's a electrifying experience, and I didn't regret a thing about it. What should you do? It gives you the freedom of choice. It can be puzzling, yet be fun all the while. Its perfect. All I want now is the extra area that it says, "Coming soon!" I feel like I can't wait. ChainedLupine...I have no more words. You have brought me the best present ever. But take your time in adding in th extra area.

Fun until I got to the second boss, and I'm just not interested in spending hours trying to figure out what pixel I'm allowed to be on to not get hit. Others have talked about how simple it is because after the first round, all you get are bombs. Well, I'm getting lasered to death and every time I try to aim bombs back at the ship, they go flying forward instead of up. Totally not worth messing around with. Giant disappointment given how much time I've already invested in the game.

This game has THE worst last boss I have ever faced... I just wanted to break my keyboard... Not fun at all... in fact the whole game wasn't really fun... why can't the dog jump and shoot?

Any tips on getting back from purpose to find the health power ups?
Jumping back through the up/down fields seems ridiculously hard..

This was a very good game. The story was compelling, and the good ending was worth it. The music, while not always fitting the mood, was always good. However, I can't give it a 5/5. I felt the controls were a little TOO fluid. I seemed to be sliding a lot, and missing jumps (although perhaps it's because of the lag I experience from my terrible computer). Nonetheless, I'd give it at least a 9/10 if I could.

I need a sequal or a prequal. The mysteries surrounding the Kuriiri are enthralling. It's got a deep, albeit hidden plot, much like the Metroid series. I want more!

There's nothing I don't like about this game. I love that the minimap tells you where to go, because I tend to get lost easily in games with backtracking.

7/10 for the music. 5/10 for the game play. 4/10 for the art style. 5/10 or the story. This all adds up to 21/10! Great Game!

i miss these story-driven games, always better than the gameplay-driven games imo, and now they are all but extinct, no new ones are being made and that hurts.

Please note that in the end where it says get all the health packs, it really means it. >_> That boss is hard even when you figured out how to kill the thing. 11/10 though. Great game!

I haven't finished the game yet (currently received the double-jump ability), but this is extraordinary. It's very nostalgic, and the gameplay is solid, the room for exploration is perfect, and the music brings me into the game's world. Good job with the memories telling the tale. 5/5

I saved and exited, then checked my ancestor records. Once I exited, my save was gone!
I was right at the end of the game too.
Won't be finishing this one... :(

please include a save option without the need to go back to main menu, seems a bit ridiculous to me. I know it's retro and all, but this is a bit overboard.

aww man i fogot how to berak through the weak walls make it so when you go to the menu and move over the abilteys it tells you how to use them

This game manages to actually get that retro feel unlike 98% of all these faux-retro games in that it isn't just plain blocky graphics and the music isn't chiptunes trying to pass as "old" music. It reminds me of SNES or Genesis. Good job.
