the game is extensive yet, its so accessible. Has original and good idea, but the execution is excellent... the artwork, the gameplay, the planning. This is quality and a beautiful game.
It would be perfect if it supports kindness and love, for a good experience kids could have.

Please add the ability (to the ios version as well) to make dicisions while paused. I grew up on games like Panzer General, M.U.L.E. and Empire; I can't think an play at the same :(

The gameplay is really hard to understand. Racing seems very random and arbitrary. A few races in, even at near full energy, my squirrel would fail to place in the top 3 in even the first race. The perception of a complete lack of control over the races really puts me off from playing the game.
Let me make an analogy to a game like pokemon. It's like training your pokemon, beating the first few gyms, and then returning to the original starting area where all the pokemon are level 1 and finding yourself unable to beat them.

I had to reload because the Shop got stucked on the Energy Drink screen and after the Reload all the Enemys are Overpowered 9+ stats each o.O
Not sure what you are describing, since the enemies can't have 9+ stats - they only show as having more of up to 4 dominant stats. This might have happened because your squirrel was low on energy perhaps? Can you message Playniac and say exactly what you did before the shop got stuck? (reply from Playniac)

The interface is really good, and the idea is good as well. I like that there are pause buttons on every screen.
However, as many others have said, before level 16 or so, the levelling is too fast, and after, it is way too slow. In the beginning, it is pretty brutal, as every race you level up, but you don't have enough money to pay the increase in salary and house. On top of that, there is a random event after a few days, which can break your game.
Maybe adding something else as a goal would be good as well, because just making money is not really good enough, especially when you end up making more from the bank then from races. What would be nice, is that the opponents would not be random, but would be people to beat in each race and you would get a medal to be the best in each, or something like that.
Also the last few races are too hard. I was level 24 and tried the last one on the easier setting, and I had to buy all the shop items to win it.

Ok, seriously... I started new 4 times. Why? Because everytime i locked in, my stats of the gamefrom the past days where GONE! I never deleted temps and i never deleted cockies either... This kind of sucks hard, consider this awsome game... So: HOW DOES THIS GAME SAVES THE STATS??? Help!
Hmm - not sure what happened here but thanks for the feedback. We are seeing saves as working fine - does your game save ok if you play a short game and reload? Can you message Playniac and say if you are seeing any other errors or anything else unusual? (reply from Playniac)

Racing is just too unpredictable. Sometimes I hit my boost meter perfectly and nothing happens, sometimes I don't even get the boost meter and my squirrel gets a boost. The colored parts of the track don't seem to do anything. And it seems like squirrel salary increases outpace the increase in their abilities.
The boost meter is to increase the chance of an overtake working (or to resist an attempted overtake). It doesn't give a definite result - depends on other factors too. Salaries are linked to game level. Hope that helps and thanks for playing! (reply from Playniac)

I always give a game time to show its stuff, but after an hour this game completely fails for me.
Unexplained stats, zero training and random performance by the opponents - making the stats, items and budgeting even more unreliable...
Give the stats some meaning
Allow the player to train instead of race.
Make a tutorial of how you expect the player to approach this game, so the player is up and running before facing the dice roll mechanics of the race.
Side note: Change the driver salary to suit their stats, not how many races they win. A driver who regularly loses 4 out of 5 racers and therefore requires you spend most of the winnings on boosts to get them in a ranked position, should not get a salary increase!

I have found a glitch - When you ran out of money for 2nd time (which will be the game over) and then reload the page without starting new game again, you can keep that data, even if you had a negative amount of cash!

This is a really small thing, but there should be a wider spectrum of colors for you emblem. It's hard to make what you want without it. I mean, it's not much, but yeah.

Okay, the whole money system is very confusing. I had more than enough to pay my bills for the month, but was short a few dollars in my checking account, so I withdrew money from savings. That money supposedly went into my cash, where I should have been able to give to my checking, but wasn't able to. Now I'm overdraft by $1167.... Fine, whatever. I have the money in my savings. Try to withdraw it... and where it all my money go? I'm still overdraft by over a thousand... Please, change the button interface for the banking system by completely removing the word "current" from your actions. I want in plain writing where my money is and by doing what action where it is going. (i.e. Savings to Checking button, Cash to Checking button, etc.)
Hi Titanous, "current account" is what we call checking accounts in the UK. If you withdraw from savings it goes directly into your current account. Hope that helps clear up the confusion! (reply from Playniac)

dahell, home come i am already day 24, i only participated in 4 races!!!!!!!!!!! I should do at least one race a day, not a race per week! Or does my time in the bank /shop count? So i stood 3 weeks in the shop? Makes no sense!

i'd give this a 5/5 but it pushes that " SHARE THE CRAP YOU DID WITH EVERYONE ON FACEBOOK!" button down my neck too much. PEOPLE! I DON'T WANT MY TEACHERS, MY FRIENDS, MY GIRLFRIEND , MY NEIGHBOURS OR MY GRANDPARENTS TO KNOW THAT I CAME OUT 3RD PLACE IN A FLASH GAME NOBODY IN MY COUNTRY HEARD OF! I have important people in my facebook friendlist, and sharing things like " hey look, i play this game!" makes them think i'm a friggin 7-years old.

I have 1.109.665 acorns into the savings at level 26. Account of 33%, this means that in a month I get arround 30500 acorns of interest, while my 3 totally upgraded house cost me exatly 5544 acorns, and my 3 squirrels 4800. this means a total of 20156 of earnings without paticipating in races... I and my three squirrels, after 6 years, 3 months and 5 days, went in permanent holyday :)
Impressed that you are a master squirrel racer - not many people get to level 26! Your comments are really interesting and I'd like to talk some more to you directly about your experience in the game. I like that you went on permanent holidays ;) but perhaps we will slightly rebalance those top levels by reducing the interest rates a bit (reply from Playniac)

And one more thing:
While a race there are often small symbols in the colorfull bars with the opponent names ... what does they mean?
Those tell you how good your enemies stats are relative to yours, so you can tell who will do well in what track sections. If you are seeing a lot of those, you need to boost your stats. (reply from Playniac).

My biggest issues with this game so far: I bought a second squirrel both in fully upgraded houses and full energy, the 2. squirrel has way better stats than my first one but almost allways finish behind my first one. And I chosed a race (not the best one) and finished at 1. and 2. place. I think: wow, seems to be a good grinding(?) place and raced again but was happy that I finished at least at 3. and 5. rank ... sry, but this game is somehow way too unpredictable .. :(

My new favorite game on Kongregate. I hope you guys keeps pumping out more games like this. I am having issues managing my squirrel's energy and money early game but since the game is so addicting, I keep coming back to try new tactics. Love it! 5/5

Hopefully this game makes it to kongregate's featured list soon. Very high quality game and expandable idea; the difficulty is probably the best thing about it. I really hope the developers see enough success to expand on this game or develop another. Flawless 5/5

I have to say I am a bit shocked so many people have given this game under a 4 star rating. This is obviously a very well polished commercial quality game, and it's so rare that one is released that doesn't constantly badger us for money every twenty seconds while playing it. Also..... Squirrels are cute...

Great Game... well for the most part, 4/5 youjust need to add more things to do, maybe you should add a minigame or two.
