So far, I'm not that impressed. It isnt that its a bad game--its a fairly typical platformer with a nice minigame--and the idea of the philosophy part isnt bad, but... the load times are simply unreasonable. For a game that should have little more complexity than something like Company of Myself, it just cannot function effectively. It is so darn slow, and not just at one point, but again and again. The graphics are nothing special, the "light" thing is a nice mechanic, but not stressing the breadth of originality at all. Furthermore the constant bombardment of ads trying to force you to play it on their own site is dull and irritating. I cant in good faith give this more than 3/5 at this point and unless it has something I have not yet discovered to pull my interest back in, I may push it down lower. Not a terrible game, but awful delivery.

Average person's FIRST impression of this game : Horribly long loading time( You gotta spare a thought for those with SLOW computers ; they seriously load this game VERY,VERY,VERY slowly.) 1/5

y'know, i kinda want to play this. i played two levels, but it takes WAY to long to load. as a developer, you need to realize that and fix it. what i played so far was actually pretty boring anyway. 2/5.

So, I was challenged by a giant mutant hippie to a game of cards. I won and he gave me a lethal injection as a prize. This is probably the most bizarre thing I've ever seen in a video game.

I'd rate it higher but the game takes forever to load...so i'm left feeling that this game is trying to hard or is mighty pretentious.
Gonna play a different game because I could load so many better things in half the time one level here takes.

"a good few hours of gameplay" well you lost me there. Flash games are time wasters and nothing more. A few hours to play one? No thanks. Especially not one that bugs you to leave Kong to play it elsewhere and has long load times.

I'd love to give this awesome game a 5/5.
Unfortunately, forcing me to go to another site and wait another 10 minutes for the game to load just to save my progress is absurd! And this is a long game!
Since I refuse to leave Kong and I already lost my progress here twice, I'm rating this 2/5

Overall, I loved the game. It played fine on my computer, and the mix of semi-challenging puzzles and philosophical insights really hit every point with me. I am a highly philosophical person and the questions really made me think about my beliefs. The levels were worth the wait, especially the quotes that tied into the question. 5/5

Those who were like Siddhartha, relish the moment, because it is impossible to be like Buddha after answering every question.

The long loading times drag this game down a lot. And I get that you have to use your light powers to finish the game, but mapping jump to Space and flash power to E makes absolutely no sense. Also protip for those having trouble with the timed challenges: you actually move a little faster when jumping (especially on flat ground), so little bunny hops will give you a few extra precious seconds most of the time. I like the concept but the execution needs work. 3 out of 5.

I really want to play the game and finish the ending but I won't be able to do that if level 2 won't load. I want to see the end result...but "You're killing me Smalls!"

Was sold on the self-discovery part. Not too many developers are willing to do something like this so you have to appreciate the games that are just more than just pure entertainment.

dont put physics puzzles/action too much when there isnt supposed to be much physics. this is a platform game, physics shouldnt make sense

That pulsing noise in the background is goddamn annoying. The music and SFX are good though, which is why I haven't muted it.

this games lags badly and takes too long to even load. sorry but badges just aren't worth it and that's the only incentive to play since you've taken all the fun out of it. the character customization is cool, graphics look nice and i was digging the story but as i stated earlier, really poor execution in terms of loading time, lag, and unresponsiveness.

I was about to 1/5 and rage until I realized it's not just a platformer. The inbetweens make the platforming at least allowable.

definitively this game suck, the story things after 2 or 3 stage bore i skip everything, game laggy, levels loading take a life, sometimes u get stuck, sometimes item disappear having u reload the level (shame), the "space" "e" are so disturbing, and in the end seems like hard but it's pretty easy... just frustrating.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
its a good game, however the jump really sucks, laggy and not very high either, :/ other than that, hats off to the chef :)

There's a philisophical bias on some of the time trials, as one door is closer when finishing the level. Also stop running the clock whenever one of the skippable "cutscenes" occur! It's very annoying! R for restart!

So... unbelievably... laggy... Does this have some multiplayer piece or something because the lag makes this almost unplayable

I'm really digging the card game component. I wish they had trimmed out the platformer entirely and just focused on that aspect. After three levels I got so frustrated with the space bar being tied to the jump key that I just gave up.

Sho: It means what it says. It's asking you if you think that your actions during your lifetime affect what happens to you after death.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A great game, but some of the questions are a bit vague. For example, "Do your actions in life affect what might happen after death". Don't know if it means what might happen to you after death or what might happen to those still alive after you die.
