seems a great game, but such loading times, stiff controls and constantly asking you to leave kongregate make me not want to keep playing

Very corticated game, much to discover even when you think you're done. But next time PLEASE make controls smooth, accurate and reliable :)

Well, In my opinion this game deserves a better rating, for all of those who complain about how long does it take to load, it's just the beginning of the game after that it loads quite quicker. Moreover I disagree with the controls which worked perfectly with me (AWSD,E,Space)... I really liked the graphics, the music, the originality of each level that makes you thinks what to do next and what I really liked was the last question of each level. It's a rare thing to find a game to make you think about that kind of things and help people grow inwardly.. For my its a 5/5 . Think about your rating.

While there is a long load wait, it is a big game, and is amazingly detailed and specific. I am pleased with the high level of quality of this game, this is why I come to kongregate. Terrific job, the music is wonderful, and I love how the game becomes personal. A system of upgrades with the stars would be nice but is not needed. 5/5 BTW I have an old laptop, game takes max 2 min to load which is nothing, and allows me to finish something else while I wait, life doesn't need to be instantaneous. :)

Whats the point of having a way in-depth game if it take minutes to load doing everything??. sorry we dont all have alienware computers.

What a pity! Ths could be a great game if one could play it. Great concept though... so 2 of 5 for unplayable game is a lot ;)

pre-load is kind of long, but the game itself is the perfect mix between platforming, puzzle, and morality. all in all a 4.5

Please, put a walktrhough or something
You see, the are moments in that i cant do anything, like in the second lvl of first door.
1/20 times i've played i get to cross the stone that falls over me. Thats not fair!!
A question, why i cant save my progress?
Thank you

Bloody hell. Wait forever, create character, wait forever, play a bit, encounter cut-scene, wait forever? This isn't helping the final score.

Wouldn't be so bad if the quality setting didn't keep resetting itself to 'high', which causes lag, which causes unresponsive controls, which causes anger. But not as much anger as Sikamikanco, who obviously has no idea who Descartes is.

Beautiful game with a lot of potential however there are some issues that make it almost not worth playing. Saving is wonky, controls are bizarre, and the game is super delicate, i.e. if you don't hit something *just* right, it doesn't work. The extreme long loading time is also a flaw. It has such potential, but these issues make it really hard to keep playing after you've tried a level several times and keep missing just *this* much.

The Death Dial seems to be completely random. All my answers belonged to the same school of thought, yet my dot would dart all across the dial. I tell it I don't believe in anything spiritual or superstitious, yet it decides i think like Nostradamus, Joan of Arc, and Descartes?

Also lost my save file. Had to stop playing last time because the game froze and I couldn't move. Restarting from checkpoint did nothing. The concept is amazing and unique, the quotes and animations are spectacularly done, but this needs a ton of work. Game freezes, save file is lost, can't keep stars after you hit the lantern even if you go back to the lantern, levels take forever to load, etc.

why can't I figure out how to use my "powers" in death cards? I try clicking them, Dragging them, and dragging a card over to them but nothing works? How do you use them dang it?!

How the heck do you get the door open on the LAST level of the game?? I keep diving off that tipping post into a closed door.

I would like people to know that playing the game on their website (playtheend.com) is a lot better than playing it here as it runs a lot smoother. Basically, have the Kong tab of this game, have another tab playing it at the website (which you can save via save codes), and when you get everything done there, go back to your Kong tab and refresh. I was able to get the hard badge this way. Note, because on their website they use save codes, you cannot transfer the save files from playtheend.com to chat.kongregate.com as possible with other games.

I wish i would've known id you get a draw you can't move on to the next level BEFORE i had to restart the entire level

A lot of these questions aren't specific enough for me to answer accurately. Such as still being yourself if your mind was put in another body; mind as in literally the brain, or the "mind", as in what makes me me, mentally?

Is there a way that I can delete a saved game? Sister's been playing on my browser again and I want to start anew without having to delete the cache etc.
