using the glitch thatjordan mentioned (hold down the number key of the weapon u are using) i managed to run through all levels using only the machinegun.
No offense, but that makes it a pretty sucky game since its so easy too beat in borderlining on ridicolous.

Got bored after a while - too buggy - had a crawler walk thru my bullets, sneak past the guys with guns'n'saws and "hide" under the RHside window, immune to everything!

Found a glitch, or at least I think it's a glitch. If you hold down the number of the weapon you are using, your fire rate will double or triple. Overheats your weapon faster, but it turns your pathetic machine gun into a nice little minigun.

Pointless that you have to switch to the freezing gun to get the fast cooldown when all weapons share the same heat pool.

Faar too many bugs. The bullets seem random. Sometimes they look like they are hitting and are not- sometimes the range drops for no reason. Annoying when trying to get 10x combos. I died on Night 10 because my fully upgraded gun (with 90% on the gun achievement) all of a sudden could not reach the top of the screen to kill the 4 papillons shooting at me!
Also why have a message sayng the end of the night, kill all left and the spend the next 5 mins sending more waves? Shotgun doesnt seem to want to shoot more than about 2feet. Overheating is rediculous. 2 shots with the shotty and not even one with the grenade launcher. Too slow too. Shame as otherwise it is a decent game.

Overall, a good effort, but plagued with bugs and wonky design decisions. As others have said, the machine gun is usually all you need (with some exceptions). And what's the point of having all these fortress upgrades if you can only use a couple of them? It seemed to me after messing around a bit that the Stronger Walls upgrade x3 is really the best option. Gunmen die too fast and the damage-walls are next to useless as they don't really kill even the weakest zombies. 3/5 because despite all this it was still fun. Clean this game up a bit (a lot) and you'll have a real hit I think.

Has some fun weapons, but poor design decisions ruin the fun. The basic weapon was plenty for nearly every level, especially since it was the only weapon every enemy was vulnerable to. I ended up switching to other guns out of boredom, and switching back to the basic machine gun whenever I got into trouble, because the horrible fire rates and general inaccuracy of the other weapons lead to being overwhelmed.
Calling the hidden powerups (which were overpowered) cheats was kind of strange, since I found the first 3 by accident when I was trying to get more information about the upgrades. Oh, and actually leveling up the weapons, while unnecessary, required a lot of grinding to get the specific monster-type kills they required, not to mention the absurdly high "bullets hit" or "heads chopped" numbers.

The shotgun is a terrible weapon for taking down flyers; the spread is so bad that you have around a 60% chance of hitting a flyer with even ONE shell. Why is it the achievement-gaining and "best" anti-flyer weapon?

I think the risk thing is a good idea => avoiding to have too many fences or gunmen.
But there's two or three strange things (in my opinion):
-There's weapon that are very dangerous for a kind of monster (for example bolt for tall walking zombies which one hit them) but other weapon make almost no damage against them
-A little mistake => Grenade launcher doesn't hit air unit (at least for me)
-The fortress is undestructable
-The Ballblivion monsters are so... immortal
For those reason i say 3/5. it's still a nice game and the way you upgrade your weapon is very nice. Also being able to do another time previous mission to farm money is a good idea.

I finnaly figured it out. at the bottom the place where it says temp is weppon tempature, if its too hot the bullet doesn't make it to the ZOMBIE!

Nice job. A list of what combinations get you bonus kills (or something) would be helpful. For instance, the electric gun gets better for killing crawlers, but I don't seem to get bonus kills for killing them...

i like it but some of the achievements seem to be bugged? i can't seem to get bonus kills with the bolt rod, and my tank traps detonated isn't going up. also saw squads are cutting the heads off but then not doing any more damage so i can't get that achievement either.

the grenades only blow up when they hit ground units, but do damage to air units in the vicinity of the explosion, to those who say the grenades don't explode...
Here is a REAL cheat for you, with weapons that have a very slow reload, switch quickly to another weapon and back and you are ready to fire again... works well with spraying grenades and dragon breath, this also negates the effect of overheating!!!

It's kind of BS when my grenades just decide to randomly pass through the harder monsters. It's not like that thing has a quick firing rate.

a little too fast on the overheat and when they are right on ya they really cant be illed quick enough. also i didnt find the chainsaws or the guys in my wall doing much at all

This game seems quite fun. However, there's little in the way of explanations. E.g. Why can't my MG hit a zombie attacking my base in the corner, when it's at its coldest and the bullets stop before the zombie... it's as if they have some form of invisible wall... I checked the guide, there was NOTHING there, just some basic advice that most people would follow anyway. There should be more in-game help, but as there is none, and I can't even defend my base if I let a zombie into the corner, I have to give this a 2. Work on it some more and up the score will go :D

interesting little game, have to come back for more later. seems fairly balanced so far, though the immunities don't make sense sometimes. how is something immune to saws?

Nice. 4/5. The night could be little darker. Please remove the hit point texts. Weapon overheating could be audible. Needs a pause function (p or space). When you start a level the upper corner text from the last level is still there. They could leave some black goop on the ground when they die.

Wow there is a lot of depth to this game actually. The upgrade system is nice and I like that you can go back and play earlier stages to farm cash. Nice game!
