Heya guys,
We know that Jagged Alliance Online gets stuck at the loading screen more frequently at the moment. This happens when the unity web player version 4.6.6f2 is used. On machines using the older version 4.5.5f1, the game still loads correctly. We're currently working on an update for JAO to resolve that and hope to be able to release it within a few weeks. Until then we can only recommend trying to install the older version of the web player in order to run the game. We will keep you posted once we have released the update. We're very sorry for the delay and inconvenience.
Please note that the game is also available as free to play on Steam where the loading issue does not occur, but please consider that any progress made there cannot be transferred to the browser version (or vice versa).

Loading of the game takes to long or even crashes so I would look into the loading or login it seems to get stuck there I would also like to recommend once you buy a person in contracts that you own them in full but if you want to trade them you lose them. The 14 day contracting can be a pain for those who want to go on family vacations but will lose all there hard work into the game.

While I'm playing the game mirrors whats on the bottom so I sometimes I don't know what my mouse is on,is anyone else seeing this.

I've tried a few times with a different browser to play this game. Still, it's stuck at processing data. What's wrong?

over 2 years online and not fix that load bug i now wait over 15 min and game not finished hear sounds but cant do anything -.-

this could be such a nice game if you woudn't need to buy a campaign-pack to play the story mode actually. that was dissappointing thing to notice reaching higher levels..... :-( i don't like pay to play as less as i like pay to win. only 1 star rating though, sorry

yesterday the game froze while playing It's Alive (firefox) ever since i load the game, HQ loads, but storage and mercs never ever, kinda upsetting since bovilia is finally open again

Compared to the original game this is... not good.
Single missions instead of one great "sandbox" ( not really ) campaign.

@teecko @c0lapse Unity will work on Chrome. You can visit the Time Clickers website and look at their forums for the solution or just google it.
