I think the 'non lethal' headshots are just our dude missing the target. We're just a civilian with nothing but a handgun to start, right? I think he's just a poor shot.

@Pwnhunta Scientifically and medically speaking, headshots would not be an instant kill 100% of the time. Many parts of the brain are not in use by zombies and would do nothing to stop them if they were destroyed, if they are in use than they still wouldn't affect the zombies as they do not have influence over movement or senses. So no, a headshot would not always be an instant kill in reality.

Four times back to back, went out on first day, found 1 survivor, lost 1 survivor, found no weapons, made the second day almost impossible and the third day pointless. My luck officially sucks here.

Is there a way to check your stats in-game? My last attempt got me to 484 headshots, and now I have no idea how close I am.

ok this guy must be the worst sniper ever... the soldier is standing directly in front of him, but he just wont hit the head... with a hunting rifle... it actually is relly hard to miss when you are about 1 meter from the target

moral of the story be prepared for zombies read the zombie survival guide it has pro tips for example zombies can not climb stairs as well as rationing tips and good survival info i know if it dose happen ill be the first on with my guns in hand killing

I have beaten this game twice now and not gotten the achievement for finishing without being killed. I havent died both times.

On Day 1, just click fire like a mad mofo. Don't worry about reloading or anything except lining up horizontally with your targets and shooting at them anywhere. You should be able to finish the day with the barricade at 70-80%. The next few days are a lot easier :)

Well I encountered some sort of glitch. I would be spamming the left click and spam reload a little fast and it would make it impossible for me to shoot.

The fact that I've loaded twice still in the "dead" pose and so many times I've lost count loaded without the ability to fire my weapon, means that this game is too buggy to play.

@ PwnHunta , If you could insta-kill with a head shot, How easy would this game become. Using a pistol just 1 shot every zombie ? Mate no challenge there.

Great game but, should not be based so much on the randomness of your finds and headshots should be well, rather lethal and finally I would like to be able to change the controls. Much obliged for a great game though :).

Second day : Zombies?Well i'll just use the magnum .357 that i've found with the endless supply stack of ammunition that i've found when i was searching.

Best glitch ever, Get chainsaw, Then keep using the 'ammo' for it, while you are doing that, press space. DO NOT let go. You should still be at your chainsaw and you will see that the value changed to the amount of ammo you had in your other weapon, when that runs out and goes to 99 switch back to your other weapon. You now have 99 shots of any weapon! (Also for those who don't know.. You can get the barret, Just get all of the weapons on the wall and max it out once more)
