I may not have the greatest computer, but its a laptop designed for gaming. I emulate PS2 games all the time, why is it struggling so hard to run this? I'm so sad.

A more exact explanation of the chainsaw glitch is this: When you try and switch weapons while using the chainsaw you switch ammo but the weapon itself doesn't change. When you run out of that ammo you reload it with 99 ammo if it were a chainsaw. While this is useful for most weapons it's really good for the rifle. The rifle only has one ammo so it shouldn't need time between shots. When it has more ammo however it works like an automatic.

literally don't bother with anything else once you get the hunting rifle, its easily the best weapon in the entire game

This game is quite terrible, over half the zombies can't be head-shotted since the collison boxes are all over the place.

why is it that on my 1st try i went thru all 20 days without a single death, but realized i didn't reach 500 kills so i gotta restart the whole game and now after 2 hours i can't even get past day 2 or 3.........sometimes can't even get past day 1

Extra tips to add on: There are 20 rounds. You cannot save a game, so make sure that it doesn't glitch, which can sometimes happen if you finish a day with you barricade being at 0 heath. So, for the hard badge, get your cheap automatic gun and chainsaw out to get the headshots (you can get more if they don't do much damage), and make sure not to kill everyone. Then, you can get headshots and make sure not to win. Try also not to have any allies at that point. Last tip: You can do the chainsaw "hack" with the sawed-off shotgun. Best of luck!

Nearly 12 years since I got the badges... favorited and rated it 5/5... wtf I can't believe I liked this shit. Maybe it's just buggy with time or something, didn't you use to be able to hold to fire repeatedly? I think my trigger finger is broken from this shit (although I'm probably clicking a dozen times per shot), and it doesn't look like it's calculating time spent on finding survivors and weapons correctly. Still solo with no new weapons on day 4... yeah forget this. I don't remember it being impossible, I remembered loving this game because it was tough but possible. I could make steady progress with more survivors and new weapons, but now no progress is made, it doesn't seem to be saving, and it's finger murder. Changing to 2/5 until it gets updated, old games need tlc too (otherwise they become rickety old badgers).

Either this game has the worst random number generator in the history of gaming, or i have 5x straight bad luck. but unless you waste 12 hours on the first night JUST to find a .357 .. you dont get any weapons at all from night 1.. which is ridiculous cause the shitty pistol you start with takes 5 head shots to kill 1 zombie with 17 rounds and they spawn like 20 yards in front of you ..
