Strategy for the medium badge: spend the first two days entirely on weapons search. This will net you the UMP45, which is very effective. Spend the following two days entirely on survivor search. This will net you at least 5 survivors, maybe even 6 or 7. On the fifth day, search for survivors if you don't already have 7; otherwise repair and weapons search. From day six on, your priority is to always have 7 survivors. Search for 5hrs if a survivor is lost the previous day. Otherwise, spend your time repairing or finding weapons.

I enjoyed this game alot but it seems to be increasingly difficult on the 2nd night too many ran out and i couldnt stop them from wrecking my barricade

You will get magnum on the third night, but it's better to have 6 survivors by the night 3 then a magnum

why does it not just shoot one zombie at a time when they're piled up at your barricade all hitting it at once, tearing it to shreds... its like it takes 80% barricade health to kill 3 or 4 zombies because they're all taking shots at the same time and they all take forever to kill.

My barricade got broken, my cowardly companions all ran away leaving me alone with all of those zombies and i'm too stubborn to go with them; of course someone needs to rebuild that stupid barricade.
What do i do then?
Kill them all with my chainsaw alone!
It actually worked and I killed all the remaining 20 or so zombies like that, woo!
Then my companions came back like nothing happened...
One day... one day I'll get my revenge on these cowards...

pretty bullshit that you click on the head of one zombie and it hits the body of another zombie that the head overlaps.

I'm wondering the same thing as others right now, I have the survivor badge... and i've completed this game before, but now it seems to take forever just to kill one zombie.. by the time ive came close to killing one zombie with headshots nonetheless... another zombie or two has come up to take the bullets from the zombie almost dead.. and by the time i think i'm ganna get it the zombies all over start piling at my barricade and it's a certain death situation... at least make the first couple survival days easier to find guns because I can't find any guns and the begining two guns don't kill very well. still 5/5

For some reason after I died and restarted I couldn't shoot. I could only move, and when the barricade was about to be destroyed, the intro played and the zombies turned around. They stayed there until I refreshed the page.

If you want to get the Sniper badge on skill alone, you can use the Revolver for the first 5 or so levels (it has a fair accuracy, aim for the chin/head), then the UMP (aim a little high and the spray will get a headshot) after that upgrade as fast as possible to the Hunting Rifle (aim down a bit, upper chest), and keep upgrading till you get to the Barrett (deadly accurate).
