i know i can zoom my firefox window, but i think the game itself should have a zoom button, and as someone said before text color readability on backgrounds is important. a simple fix is to give all numbers black borders

Maybe add an option to have the background something other than "eye blinding white"? It's hard to read some colours (of numbers) on there. Other than that, I've always loved this game so it's great to see a good interpretation of it here. Keep up the great work.

Rad graphics dude. I'm gonna take some screenshots of these final masterpieces and make them wallpapers for my desktop.

just love it. I like how numbers just make sense to you after awhile. 6 is almost always a rectangle, 5 is always just one block short of a rectangle, and 4 is usually a square. 12.... doesnt make too much sense, what an ominous number O.o

Very very easy, but sometimes it's good to play a game with no stress. Feels good to finish a whole game, even when it's that easy. Zoom in would be great on level 3.

A very nice game, but there's a memory leak that causes lag after you've played a lot of the puzzles. Might want to mull over some of the places where you're allocating and deallocating memory. 4/5

Just started playing, but I'm already digging it. Thanks for the anti-frustration features of automatically choosing the right colour and counting out how many spaces we've filled.

I think that 1s and 2s should be filled in already; there's no doubt about them, so making us fill them in just kind of wastes our time.
I also completely agree that we should be able to jump right into the "new game" menu after solving and that it would be nice if we could see a gallery of the ones we solved or at least see them when we hover over them in the menu, kind of like in Picma.
That said, this is yet another interesting game from you that I enjoyed playing.

Desperately needs a "next level" button, and maybe a time challenge or something for each level would be nice. Still, you've good a fun little game, it's just needs to have a bit more time and effort spent on the little things before it was released really.

Would be just godly if you could put a black outline to the yellow numbers. They are terrible to see in the white background (too much contrast). All else, game is amazing! 4/5 because my eyes are sore from staring at the yellow numbers on white bg)

"Color Link-a-Pix Light Vol 2":http://www.kongregate.com/games/Conceptis/color-link-a-pix-light-vol-2 has been released. The new volume features larger and harder puzzles that produce even more beautiful pixel-art pictures when solved. "Play now":http://www.kongregate.com/games/Conceptis/color-link-a-pix-light-vol-2

Might be just me, but compared to other puzzle games, this one seems way too easy for me. Not being a fan of them, it's one of the first I ever finished. Under an hour.
The concept of the game is nice and all, but it is too easy to see through the creators intention, like, where should a specific color be. And enlarging the picture doesn't really make it harder. What would IMO work is making the paths longer.
Also, the UI seemed a bit unresponsive at times, but this may be due to my PC or even Flash itself and would take lots of time to debug regardless, so I'll just take it as is.
One thing which would improve the gameplay and wouldn't (I think) require much work would be to automatically fill all those ones and twos - they are of little importance and just annoy the player.

For all who say "needs more", click the "More Link-a-Pix" button! There's a whole website for this, including a mega-pix one, that takes at least 3 hours according to the comments. Rate this up so people can see!

Very clever and fun, I can't wait for volume 2! A bit of constructive criticism: a "next puzzle" button would really help the game. Also, maybe give the puzzles a name according to their picture (after you've solved them) since seeing "Color Link-a-Pix #x#" over and over can be grating and confusing. Apart from that, this is a very smart and entertaining game.

This game is awesome, it's a game you would only understand if you read the "How To Play". Interesting, but a little easy. Maybe make something like... Next Level and Wraparound. Needs some background music, pretty easy to find if you know where to get one. 5/5, Favorited. Wonderful game.

I knew this type of puzzle already, but it still is quite a new and definitely a fun concept. There should, however, be more difficult puzzles!

Good game, I play these when I'm stressed. They are very calming. It was very hard to see the yellow against the white. If you make another one of these, I'd suggest a yellow number with a black outline for an easier read. 5/5

@Everyone commenting on the interface: It simply will not change. Conceptis has been making puzzle games with this interface for a long time now. It shouldn't save the fastest time over the most recent, because these are puzzles for logic, not memorization and hand-eye coordination. You don't need to play the levels over and over to be the fastest. It's your first time that matters. Also, adding a next puzzle isn't all that important, yes, it should have been there in the first place, but it's not. Fixing it could potentially require a whole overhaul of the interface which is a lot of work just to save you 30 seconds (Yes, that's truly all it would save you for the whole game) out of the several hours of gameplay provided. In all honesty, what would you rather have, a new interface for old puzzles or old interface for new puzzles?

Injoyed playing it, slight difficulty in backtracking on a line. (Make one with NEON colors:D!) Oh and add sound affects.

The game isn't very hard at all, but I love seeing what the picture is at the end. The few downfalls are minute, and in my opinion, overshadowed by the creative game. 5/5
