Too many multi-solution levels, 2-5 had two places that could alternate, so 4 different solutions with all correct numbers, but only one of them was accepted. Not good.

Is in a desperate need for a color blind mode. Puzzle 8 in level 1, all three colors look to same to me. I had to hit the check button repeatedly to make sure I was using the right colors.
That being said, while this game is fun and challenging, I do prefer 'Color Link-a-Pix', and hope to see an update to that game on Kongregate some day.
4/5

What's up with all of these color-by-numbers games coming out/getting badged this year? Did a bunch of devs just find coloring books this month?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The hotkeys are OK, but I think you could add the TAB key for switching the colors. It's more comfortable pressing only one key, rather than 3 or 4. Furthermore, good game.

I usually really love Conceptis games because they just so much better than all the other games in the same genre, but for this one I have to say Picma was a lot more fun. Still 4/5 though.

Fantastic puzzle game. Took me a while to actually get used to how to actually play, but overall it wasn't bad. I would definitely suggest a tutorial puzzle that helps you go through a simple example next game.

I find the titles of the pictures to be highly dubious! Exhibit A: Puzzle 6 in Set 1 is a music note? Really? That's what music notes look like? Well now I know!
Other than that, it's a lovely concept for a puzzle game. 5/5

in level 2-4 were more then one possibility to solve, really annoying to find the different possibilities while every number is correct!

I'll tell ya what, as soon as I started this game I noticed my cat chewing on my cell phone chord. I reached over to chase her away and as I did my elbow bumped a massive bowl of cereal I had on the desk and the whole thing fell on my carpeted floor, sticky milk and all, and after almost an hour cleaning everything is still sticky. Coincidence? Maybe. But I've still got my eye on you. We don't take kindly to cereal killers around here. I'm just an accessory to cereal murder, which isn't as bad.

Fun, but the higher tiers force you to use brute force attacks pretty frequently, which was not as fun.
Lol, I just wrote a chiasmus XD
I only had to deal with 3-4 possibilities per brute force attack, but it adds up when you have to BF ~5x per puzzle on tier 2 and ~10x per puzzle on tier 3..

it was pretty fun, until I got to #8 in the first set, which is impossible since I'm colorblind; there are 3 of the same color and I have to guess which is which.
Come one developers, this isn't hard.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm a bit colorblind (7%) and have problems with brown/red/green. Level 1.8 was a total guess for me.
but overall good game :)

I had to look at the first solution. My brain wasn't equipped with the right information to be able to do it straight away lol. It took me a bit to click before I finally understood it. Nice game by the way, really messes with your head to begin with. Either that or I am just dumb...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Ah you are correct. I did not see the error on the 2 row. It's ultimately possible for this game to have multiple solutions, the most simple case being a 2x2 with '1' and '1' on both top and side, but the puzzles seem to be designed in such a way that they do not.

The game should be clearer how to play, I have read all the "Rules" (even thought they are not even rules) and all of the "How to play", i still don't have a clue what i am doing?!?!?!?!?!???!??!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!??!?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I have to agree with RaisenKain Im addicted everydime :( and I just dont have time to play it for hours yet i still do

Nevermind, I'm counting from top-left, you from bottom left. The alternate solution you suggest, as seahenar says, doesn't follow the pattern on all rows/columns. There were 'almost' other solutions on that one, but when it comes to the last couple of tiles, they won't fit, which is what determines the 'correct' solution. As I understand it, it isn't possible for this game to have alternate solutions, the row/column 'signatures' are unique for every pattern, and changing the picture would change these 'signatures'.

For the first level 1 set, I was all like: ''Oh wtf is this.. Ohhhh now I get it!'' Then I beat it and then went to the 2nd one and was like: ''Oh wtf is thiissss.. Ohhhh, I don't get it. ._.'' Lol

@End_of_Eternity
Hmm, puzzle 2-5, for me, is the 10x10 'man'. There is no pink. What's the solution name for your 2-5?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@End_of_Eternity - Except your second solution is not possible. If you look at your 3,2 it is not possible for a pink to be there as that breaks the order of blue - pink - blue along the 2nd row, by causing it to be pink - blue - blue
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Extro I've found just 1. Level 2-5. If we use the normal Cartesian method for ease of counting, the pink tiles can be at
2,5 2,6 3,3 3,4 3,7 4,3 5,2 6,3 (Solution) or
2,3 2,4 3,2 3,3 6,3 with multiple combinations in the 3,5-5,7 3x3 square.

Conceptis, your games go like this: at first you'll be confused as f**k then you'll find yourself addicted to the game. 5/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Gah... This game is fun until I can't tell the difference between the green and the brown, or the brown and the red, and then get a puzzle using green, brown and red. Screw my colour-blindness!

@8008man2
I don't think you're understanding what the numbers mean then. The very first puzzle defines several squares right off that cannot possibly be else where, starting with the single yellow square...
@uDisConnect
The game concept is pretty old - much like sudoku, which this developer also made a game for. It's down to the individual puzzles and the implementation of the concept, rather than the actual game mode and rules.
Would you accuse someone who made a crossword game of copying someone else?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
8008man you're wrong. Just because you don't see the solution without guessing doesn't mean that there isn't one. I had a definite not guessing solution for every one of the first series of puzzles. Now for the second one :P
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm so sorry guys, but this idea is copied right out from a game! The game is called Armor Logic or Armour Picross. Thumbs up for people to see and note! Please give credit to the games for the idea!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't really feel as if this is a solid puzzle game. From the very first puzzle there was not a single row where the definite pattern was shown in the numbers, and I don't really like having to guess right off the bat.
