To mark squares that are known to be empty: make the first one in a line any color. Then click that square and drag for the length of the empty squares. All the blank squares in that line will be marked as empty. + this if it helped you.

I forgot to hit save and lost a huge amount of work. It would be nice of it had an autosave feature, but one which did not force you to save. One where when you loaded it gave you the hoice of autosave file or manual save file. Otherwise good game good for making me think

Badly needs a simple way to mark blanks and erase. Having to click (or worse double click) a number of individual squares is infuriating. It's as if the designer never consider some players might need to clear a large area without starting from scratch.

@uknownada Both are correct and acceptable, from an origin perspective, Octopuses is more right (since it's Greek) but since octopi is so common and old it has become an acceptable variant.

love this game a lot but these puzzles are quite hard to see. zooming in always helps, sure, but it's annoying when you go to other pages, so on your newer games I would suggest making the resolution bigger. good work, by the way.

Excellent as ever, though it really needs the dot to be available with drag. Lots of other similar use shift-click to put a dot in, would make the interface a lot more usable.

A well implemented version of this type of game with very few features missing (and minor ones at that), a brain-intensive game of the sort that will take you a lot of time but the satisfaction and enjoyment gained from it will be worth it when you complete it. Good game, looking forward to more :)

It would be nice if there were more puzzles, especially some easy ones to warm up with. Maybe I am just not good at this type of puzzle, but it seems that there usually is not enough information where you can find the solution without cheating (looking at solution before hand or using the check puzzle button)

You can actually drag the dots, just click square first, and click'n'drag second time to mark more. Dots will be showing only on non-painted quads.

So I look at high score, calculate to see that score is based on seconds spent, decide to look in further and see that someone stalled the game with his score of 500000!

This game is needlessly long due to having to click twice for every blank square. That mechanic is useless and you might as well just have blank or colored for the square.

This is one of the few games where I wanted to play purely for the game. I didn't even know about the bade until 2 hours in. This isn't exactly an "original" idea for a game, but honestly, It's really fun and I don't care about that. You have achieved that which a game is supposed to accomplish. And that is to be fun. Good job.

This should really be a hard badge.
This puzzle has an impressive combination of being hard and keeping one motivated. But it really takes quite some effort.

it got to the point where "smart" trial and error just made it way faster. I don't know if that's meant to be part of the strategy but maybe there could be a way to turn off the green triangles that tell you you're right, and you'd get a "hard" achievement for doing it that way or something.

When I saw this badge, I was hoping it was a new game... I might just replay all of these anyway. Terrific game! MINOR interface issues don't detract from the enjoyment of this wonderful puzzle game IMO.

Great game, but incredibly time consuming...I mean, not time consuming at all. I'm so awesome I finished it in like twenty minutes. Anyone buying this? Okay, It took me three hours.
