It seems like certain cubes affect the borders if you stick to them, bringing the others closer together, but I am not fully sure how to track it

Tips to win at love:
Difficulty seems to increase the more happiness you get AND as the game time increases. You should surround yourself with others as much as possible - you're racing against the clock.
Being connected with all six others will spawn a seventh. You'll want to do this ASAP, since it will make groupings much more likely, which give more points and slow down time.
Lastly, as in life, the final ingredient is luck. Getting a good grouping early on is essential if you want to reach that 18k.

I hate this game with such a passion that I have to remind myself every second that this computer that I'm playing Love on, I don't own, so I don't destroy it. I'm only playing it for the achievements.

a tip for the 700 spin badge is to try to connect with them conestivly. 1 by 1 with 0.5-1second apart from connecting with the next one. it gives it a first spin. but if you rush into a pack of 3 or 4. you get only a the build up of 2 lucky maybe 3.

If you get at least 700 speed, but don't receive the badge, take a screenshot of your end screen and contact a Kongregate admin. Leaving comments is a good way to raise awareness about the problem, but complaining won't get you the badge.

The amount of things you connect to doesn't matter. The amount of time connected doesn't matter. Speed must be random. Interesting concept not great execution

This is one of those games that got badges added with an unneeded required amount of points which got labelled as "hard" which has ruined the entire games point and really taken the fun out of actually playing this flash game for, fun. Should have been atleast 2k points less, as it currently stands with how RNG based the game is, I mean look at it, 300k easy badge, 20k "hard" badge in an eight year old game. its not hard at all to get the badge, its just perserverance because of how rng each playthrough can be, and that's all you end up caring about, the score, not the games message or anything :/

Love is loosely defined to many people. Tell someone with a keen eye that you can become close to them and see what happens.
I enjoyed the gameplay but it often repeats itself. I can't say how much I do love how the rng works in this game and I could say it has its place from time to time.

fun game, interesting concept, but pretty hard. getting the hard badge seems to be very RNG dependent (on how much the walls come closing in, etc.)

Sometimes, it pays to take a step back, see what you've been doing right, see what you could use a little improvement on, and rethink your approach to love.
It's important to have your own style, but comparing the "SEE STATS" with info from the Kongregate High Scores option under the "Achievement" tab can be a great source of inspiration too. Love is best when you find the right balance between originality and learning from those who've loved and lost before you.

Should be noted that being tagged with "Philsophical" doesn't necessarily make a game "deep". "Don't get too close to others or you'll get hurt"? What, am I a classic tsundere now? And what's with this "love is 6 times better with 6 partners" nonsense. You work for BuzzFeed, don't you?
