I finally got the sigil of heartache badge by playing this while blasting Haddaway in another tab. Surprisingly better that way.

good game, but theres that rather nasty E that gets on my neves whenever i hit it, i mean, i understand the arpeggiated chord, but why does it start on an D and end on an E? 4/5.

... ok so I play this game when need of a break from work... and I was just so cloooose to that freaking achievement, that I wasn't aware my boss was calling me... thanks K, for making me such a terrible worker, lol.

Elegant in its simplicity, the artsy factor is there and executed well enough to be tongue-in-cheek while not overshadowing the game experience, but what makes this one a keeper is the constant subtle flux that slowly transitions you from chasing the other squares to dodging them as things speed up and the space gets tighter. Few games have such a smooth, natural learning curve, let alone cause you to change your tactics so instinctively that you don't even notice. This also makes it pretty universal in its accessibility from casual gamers looking to spend some time just zoning out and not having to think to hardcore fans of classic arcade games looking to strategize how to maximize their score. Bravo.

notice how they are happy (spinning) when you arent connected to them, but when you do connect to them, they stop spinning and you start

The concept is so simple, yet deep at the same time. The closer you get to someone, the better a chance you have to be hurt, but also the happier you are. It's a very haunting and sweet game. 5/5 for sure :)

Mute button is really the only improvement i can think of. Its fantastic though, some of the similarities to real love. And the tips are so good, especially the double entendres with real love and this game, love.

For everyone who is having problems (the black screen instead of game loading) I had it too, But I just found out how to solve it, just download the latest version of flash player, it should solve it.

Does a new square appear only when you manage to hook up with ALL squares currently on the screen? I broke 11,000 without getting a square to appear, and another one appeared at 3,000 right after I liked with all six.

In life, the ones we love make everything better. Friends and companions add a quality of light to something that would otherwise be meaningless. Life is all about your relationships, and it's true that if you get too close to people you'll just get hurt.
People move. People change. Everyone does it, no matter how much they hate it. It's not cheating to move from friend to friend. No one can guarantee a return after a goodbye. That is a sadness of life, but from this is the great thought drawn as we all have heard in the old adage: "it is better to have loved and lost, than to never have loved at all."

A few little nit-picky issues with the game. Though other squares theoretically don't like to share, I don't see them behaving any differently. Everything just goes in slow motion. Also, is true happiness really felt by having as many partners as possible? Not the best moral.

Great game, though it seems like it should be called "Playing the Field" or "Commitment-Phobic" or something. If it's supposed to be Love, shouldn't the goal be to figure out which square gives the most happiness, and then crash into it on purpose, not knowing whether it would give a huge bonus or a game over? I guess that wouldn't be as interesting to play, though. The important thing is, it's a fun game. 4/5

If there's one thing I learned from this game, it's that all the people saying "Love is seeing everything through pink shades" or "red is the colour of love" don't know what they're talking about. The real magoc only starts when things go green :D

This is one of those games that got badges added with an unneeded required amount of points which got labelled as "hard" which has ruined the entire games point and really taken the fun out of actually playing this flash game for, fun. Should have been atleast 2k points less, as it currently stands with how RNG based the game is, I mean look at it, 300k easy badge, 20k "hard" badge in an eight year old game. its not hard at all to get the badge, its just perserverance because of how rng each playthrough can be, and that's all you end up caring about, the score, not the games message or anything :/

lol badge of day is for a game that starts off screen "this is the old crappy version of this game pls play the new version"
