i find this game quite simple sort of too simple and im not really enjoying it though it could get extrmeley good if u expanded it. an idea of mine is that the enemies could follow you a bit rather then floating away and that would make it a bit more curious.

it would be nice to have different types of shapes like triangles and circles that make different styles of sounds and have different properties e.g. less points at the start but the longer you stay with them the more you get or a lot more but decreases in size and points etc. great game, only not too replayable after about 5 minutes 4/5

Absolutely fantastic. A simple game, but with a deeper meaning behind it. One of my favorite types of games.
I do have to say, though, I feel like something's missing, something that connects me personally to these squares and really strikes me on an emotional level. I know of some games that are able to reach right in and grab your heart; to me, this one (I say very sadly) can only scratch the surface. Nevertheless, I love this game and have my own, artistic interpretation of it, but I beg for me. I assure you, that's only a good thing for both of us. 5 stars.

it gets really hard finding yourself when in to many "relationships", the metaphor works but not as a game mechanic, i often "died" because of this.
this really is a great game, you took a somewhat simple game you can find tons of copies and ripoffs around the net, added some thoughtful story and feedback that works with the mechanics, though in a superficial way, and made it fresh and unique again, good job aside from not being able to see your square.

Even though the tutorial is quite informative, you can't learn all about love just by reading stuff on the Internet. There's a lot you will have to figure out by yourself. (PRESS SPACE)

wish the square was a different color than white so that i could see it against the white background better.
neat game though. love the audio effects, it would be fun to mess with aural effects more, maybe make mouse clicking change effects or something, or have the x/y plane define different aspects of aural variation (pitch bend, volume, &c). lots of potential there. but i'm an aural geek, so that's nothing unusual. :D

That's right kids: True happiness is gained through polygamy. Seriously though, unique game; just when I thought it was gonna get boring after awhile: More squares. 5/5 mate.

I love Love!
If the other squares spin faster when they are away from me... Does that mean they are happier without me?
5/5

Awesome. Original, well implemented, unique, and controlled with simple mouse movements. Congrats, you get the rare No Hands Five Stars.

fantastic variation on the 'dodge a bunch of moving shapes' genre. Cool minimalist theme that is great at making you think. 5/5, no question.

fantastic game lovely concept, i would have liked it if the music didnt get so obnoxious when linked to a few mybe layering music so the more squares attached to the more music you hear but other then that im giving 5/5

The message I was getting from the game and the tips was pretty disturbing. It seemed to imply that love is about using as many people as possible for your own happiness without much concern for theirs.

1. Yay I got the #1 highscore of all time.
2. That highscore will probably be decimated in about 10 minutes.
3. It would be nice if more blocks appeared.
4. It would be nice if the stage slowly just got smaller.
5. Congrats on your first game. Well done.

maybe add a new happyness taker one, in a special level. or a one that escapes when you're happy with him (emo squares!). or a one that always follows you, and you have to run away or it will kill you (pink square...). maybe start with just one square and throw in and out some while the sorrundings still changes (maybe with a warning).

This is a fun, unique, concept.
However, it does need some more work, to go from that to a game - what it lacks is the sense that you are doing anything or that there is a goal.

Hey everyone! Make your loved ones jealous and ditch them for orgies if possible! Not bad as a game, but it seems to be more about being the village mattress than being in love.

i died like 10 tines in the tutorial because the background stayed white, so i think you should let the background color change just the way it does in the actual game

Great game, though it seems like it should be called "Playing the Field" or "Commitment-Phobic" or something. If it's supposed to be Love, shouldn't the goal be to figure out which square gives the most happiness, and then crash into it on purpose, not knowing whether it would give a huge bonus or a game over? I guess that wouldn't be as interesting to play, though. The important thing is, it's a fun game. 4/5
