this game is amazing. great storyline for tower defence game. graphics are very good i love the screen glitches when you get a virus very smart idea, so many different combonations with tower/upgrades and you actually have to think to beat the levels. but best of all... you is being the monsters!!! 5/5 not 1 thing i dislike about this game

To anyone that is struggling with Monster Mode: We are going to make another pass at the amount of memory you start with. We will make sure the harder difficulty badges are still as challenging, but make sure to make easy considerably easier.
In the mean time, use the space bar (pause) when placing towers, and try using cheap units to draw the "battery" fire before releasing better units to take the towers out.

5/5 So many good things to say, where do I start. GH1 often felt too puzzly and deterministic, the skills help a LOT. Best, clearest incoming wave roster I've ever seen, the interface is just awesome all around. Levels feel pretty fair and the strategy hints are at just the right level. So many genuinely meaningful strategic decisions, so even the little bit of grinding stays interesting. This is just awesome.

for level 16:
1-ghost in the middle
2-when pink-bacon dissapears, inmediatly sent a flamer on the right
3-send a byte on op left followed by a flamer
4-a ghost in the middel
5-a ghost on down left
6- finish it with byte's
I finally left with 159 memory

The original was a classic and a hard act to follow. I like the idea of perm upgrades and hard mode, but it's easy enuf to do hard the 1st time through, giving u more upgrade points, and making the game too easy imho. I liked how the original had virtually no margin for error. It would be better if you had to run thru standard mode in order to get enough upgrade points to make it even possible to get thru hard. I'm also not a fan of monster mode, which is so prevalent in this sequel, but maybe that's just me. All that being said, I am enjoying it. Cheers.

I think level 24 is broken. Most of the monsters spawn in the center island where they can't get anywhere. Only a couple medics spawn on the actual track.

@kyubi913: Actually, the primary target that the towers always target first is an enemy that has a datacore closest to escaping with it. From the way I read your comment, you are saying the primary target is the enemy closest to grabbing a datacore. This is only the main target if no enemy has a datacore.

FUN GAME :D
One thing i think will make it better:
unit targeting - because of the different abilities of the towers it is really frustrating when they don't do what's optimal especially if there are different enemy unit types on the map
smart targeting - the current targeting system is to target the unit closest to the data core storing location instead of targeting the one closest to stealing the core

I feel like all the gameplay mechanics could make several times the number of maps and challenges. Considered adding a level editor?

interesting... playing first level with glitches, and my web browser expiriences a problem... hmmm? what has happened?

It's too bad I don't like the monster levels. The TD portion is a definite 5/5. Monster levels just feel clunky, sporadic and unpredictable in difficulty. The memory limit is unfortunate as well.

Loved it, not as much as the first part tough. I miss the colored upgrades and while the "monster mode" seems like a good idea, I think it was executed rather poorly. There is no real strategy there besides endless trial and error and thus quickly gets frustrating.

this game made me thought that our kids will play games like call of duty starcraft medal of honour online on sites like kongregate
