It's so hard to make him jump once! He only seems to want to jump every other time I press the button. I try holding it for longer, I try pressing it so really hard, I try caressing it, nothing seems to make him want to jump!

Not the best playability of all games I have seen, and can be a bit repetitive at times. In my opinion, coins and boosts are the only things to spice up level after level. Admittedly, the only reason I played past level 8 is the glitch Roflknife333 was talking about.

How much of a cheapskate do you have to be... to kill aliens, avoid spikes, and jump across lots of barriers, WHILE your girlfriend is kidnapped, for one measly coin?

@mr_Faustington To be fair, Mike would have been ready before Betty but he needed to grab some money first which, for some reason, was floating in midair...

Game is well designed, pauses when you click away from the screen, music/sounds are ok and overall it seems fairly polished. It's missing only one critical factor in my opinion... it's not fun. 3/5

As for improvements to this game, I don't think there are any except for a mute button, I prefer to listen to my music rather than the game music. But great game, 5/5. Thanks, courage

For all of you who are having trouble with the game responding to you, have you tried another browser? I use Google Chrome and I haven't had any problems with any of the games I've played. Plus to keep it alive.

Is NOBODY else having trouble with the Medium badge? I got all the coins about a week ago, and it still says I only got 39 of them.

hmm a little disapointed if it is a one button platformer it fails @ level 7 until then it was pretty good. reason for fail the button be it space, click, or up starts to act sporatic at best soz got give this 2/5

Ingenious , not too difficult , quick game. And i'm not a big fan of puzzle or platform game. Bonus level a fun to play. 5/5

Interesting... didn't know that low gravity means that you somehow are able to push off the air to do double jump. Now I definitely want to live on the moon =)

Neat concept, but had some problems with some levels. Tip: when you design levels, NEVER make them so that they require clairvoyance or luck to complete on the first try. 3/5

If MY wife were kidnapped by aliens, I wouldn't really think of risking my infinite lives to pick up random gold coins spread throughout the enemy lair. (I mean, they could be bombs or something.) Why the creator didn't think of explaining this with some ransom storyline escapes me, but anyway, I'm not a developer. :P Nice game, cool concept, sometimes frustrating gameplay, fine for killing time. 4/5.

For those whose jumps mess up, try changing the quality settings by right clicking. The creator was an idiot and made the game buggy while under a certain frame rate. Ergo slow computer equals failed game. Aside from that, these games are way too common and this one is one of the poorer versions. It's almost never fun to lose any control in a platformer.

Interesting and creative but too irritating. Honestly, I just didn't care enough about poor Betty to play each level multiple times because I didn't jump quite soon enough, or I overshot the landing.

Fun game, but it has several Unforgivable Sins of Gaming Design, particularly 1. Forcing the player to DEPEND on the wonky controls to achieve the objectives, and 2. Making it nearly impossible to beat a level on the first try. Good game design should involve a challenge, but not just rote memorization of a level layout and many frustrating tries just to get the wonky controls to land you in just the right spot. 3/5.

It's just... bad. Where's the appeal? Trying to figure out the one perfect path and performing the perfectly timed jump sequence via trial and error because you a) can't see the whole board, b) can't stop to consider the situation, and c) can't control yourself in any way is-not-fun. It doesn't sound fun described on paper, and lo and behold it's not fun implemented. Congrats for proving that. Sorry for being harsh, but honestly...

very nice game, especially the 3 bonus-levels, all with another twist to the gameplay.
more like this one, please! (5/5, naturally)

I just loaded up the game, and already I must say, awesome music. Usually games have 4/4, 3/4, or 6/8 time signatures... good job on creativity :D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
-1.5 Excessive perfect timing challenges
-1 Repetitiveness, trial and error
-0.5 Bad keyhit recognition
Final: 2
Conclusion: Game does not deserve badges.
