I got to level 5 but no badge, this type of thing has happened to me for the past 2 weeks and a half. WHy cant I get the badges.

i just got a good score in geography at school because of this game and not because of what they taught me. all i have to say is BEAT THAT SCHOOL SYSTEM!

Me Too! Another achievement and game and badges that are already won are not showing and not working and didn't get my weekly Kongpanion!! After adding BLOCKS it seems that all Hell has broken loose! I hope you guys can fix this mess-up before this week ends. I know U can!

I would very much enjoy a game mode in which you only need to point out the locale of countries, not of specific cities within these countries. I want to learn in a fun way where Burma and Mauritia are, and it bugs me that I must memorize the location of cities within big countries.

yes I hv done this game in the past, and got the achievement. Now even that I play it again, and got way passed the point the achievement shld be acknowledged again, nothing happened..... and those blocks.... what can I say

Fun game, even if it's depressing to realise how little geography I actually know (and that knowing a place is "somewhere in Africa" doesn't mean much). It would be nice if there were more game modes, I'd like the option to play individual continents for practice.

BotD didn't work. Kongpanion wasn't awarded. Sent a missing badge complaint via the help desk, and got hit with a 504 error for my trouble. And I suspect that in half an hour, today's debacle's going to repeat itself all over again before they've even fixed the initial error.
I wonder, are the site admins *completely* incompetent, or just *mostly* incompetent? Site lag my ass, this is a system failure worthy of a blue-screen.

If this breaks my shiny konpanion streak .... last week if I re-loaded the page enough times it eventually worked, so far Nothing, I have so many blocks, nothing to do with them, and no kongpanion progress

Here is a suggestion to the devs:
Drop the blocks&badges feature. Then on sunday midnight award blocks to everyone who completed any badge-of-the-day events. People get a lump sum big enough for a sticker AND do not worry about missing achievements.

Sooo, mirroring what so many others have said, broken badge, blocks seem to still have no purpose, seems a rollback might be needed until there's a fix

I've made APIs and they never crash like this. If I had a popular website, I'd fix it as fast as possible and I'm a single guy who doesn't even work that long per day if at all. They have a whole team with full time employees. It can't take THAT long to fix, can it?

Reverse American: I can locate almost everything except these damn cities in USA. New York, San Francisco, LA and Miami would be enough!

If you find the map too tiny just resize your browser screen to 110%, this will improve accuracy and help gain more points.

The scoring system on this needs work. So does the cartography. Basically, if I get a European country and it's somewhere near Germany, it doesn't matter where. But if I pick a Pacific country and the actual island is on the other side of the map (Looking at you, Hawaii), the distance measured is the long way round and not the short. Also, needs a projection where it's more fair; maybe an equal-area?

If you are going to have a strike function, you need a zoom. You have a timer that affects the points you get, so if a player wants to risk taking more time to zoom in and get closer, let them. Some of the countries in question are so small you cannot even see them on the map. Otherwise, a great game.

Blocks suck. even if you do buy a sticker what is the point? The people you talk to will be like: "Wow a bumblebee, I'm so impressed". (Sarcasm)

They should give you points for bring in the right country. Sometimes I'm of by just a little and I get almost no points.

Like a lot of people, I earned all the badges of this game a long time ago and my easy badge is not detected for the BOTD because of the "Blocks BUG". We can't even report a missing achievement. How do we report this?
