I'm following the walkthrough. Heck, I'm even doing better than the walkthrough, yet on some levels (19, 22, 24, 28, 29), I'm stuck at 300/350.

Idea: instead of that fixed thing you move on, you could have 1 as a chain, it wouldn't be fixed to background, it would be able to move

For the record, the scoring oddity didn't detract from the game though; still quite enjoyable.
@Ghotch: Forgive me if you already know this, but you need to have at least one charge in the the power meter at the bottom of the screen. If you don't have power, you can only fire regular shots.

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble getting the cannon to charge, but I am. I try to hold it down for the two seconds like it says, but it just keeps firing a normal shot.

Well done, while I can't say it is a whole new genere, it comes close. Polished, interesting, and fun. A bit on the easy side, but not terrible. Good Job!

This way cooler than the first one. I have a idea. When you restart the level the laser tower should flash red and explode and it should teleport whan you finish a level. Anyway Cool game 5/5.

@zotjes95 If it is based solely on a "perfect" number of shots, I would be able to get a score of 350 on that level if I "missed" on level 19 once just like in the walkthrough. Instead, I get a score of 200. If I get it in 6, then I get a score of 300. 5 isn't possible; I've tried skipping either the first or second laser charger, and nada. Also, the walkthrough gets a score of 350 regardless of whether it did it poorly or not. The walkthrough is only a guide to completion, not perfect score.
@Terminatorman While we don't know what exactly it is based on, you are wrong to assume it excludes shots. In fact, the reason you got such a low score is because it is at least partially based on how few shots you make. Also, I left this running on a level for an hour and when I came back I got the same score as I would have otherwise, so it is not based on time at all.

@Scarletstump, No, it does not base the score on shots. I have beat some levels insanely fast by just spamming shots. You get 50 score if you do that. Not really sure exactly how it is based totally.

ATTENTION!! The game seems to judge level points on how fast you can beat it, not on how many shots it takes. Plus if you think that this makes more sense.

At first you feel sorta sorry for the dog like Cousins of Mr. It, but then you start enjoying massacring them with your giant laser shooter.

@pulsedemon It isn't meant to be done in 5 it's meant to be done in 7. The scoring system is build up in a way that any shot off from the perfect amount, 7 on this level, will get you -50, unfortunately this also counts for every shot under 7...

Level 19 doesn't match the walkthough - the walkthrough does it in 7 shots, but I did it in 6 and only get 300 instead of 350. Has anyone managed it in 5? I can't see how.

theres a bug at 27 sometimes when you destroy the box there stays an undestroyable bit of it and blocks the monster...

I really hate how badly the wood breaks. People would probably disagree but it kinda ruins it for me as it's such a big part in the game :\
