I feel like there's something almost painfully poetic about this game. It's just... awesome. Keep building, please :-)

This game was pretty good, although it got a bit boring during the endgame. I had finished all research at the halfway point, and at the end I had maxed out health and family, and had more food and gold than I knew what to do with. This is a very good base, and I can't wait to see what you will improve on.

As many others have said, an unlimited mode would be fun, but I think it should be unlocked only after "completing" the normal mode.
It's strange... the death of otherwise random characters in a video game hasn't moved me this much in a long, long time. You've made a very, very emotionally involving game- near the end, I was sending the children to school even though I had maxed out all the research tiers, just because I thought I should do that for their future. Like a concerned parent.
3.58 is woefully underrated. It's not quite near 5/5 material, but the game is definitely worth at least 4.

I'm pretty sure that children aren't made by having the man of the house pace back and forth outside the door for a while.

Biggest problem with the game? Options aren't even displayed until you have the materials for them. So no only don't you know that you need 25 gold to go to school, you can't even figure out where the school option is! What counts as food, and for how much is also unknown. You don't have the option to buy livestock until you have a pen, and you don't know you can build a pen until you have enough wood. This game either needs a manual or shouldn't have the options hidden.

Was a bit disappointed. The game seems like you get the best result by never producing family members and focusing on researching the third tech tree (To get the double tech bonus ASAP). By never reproducing you get minimal rate of losing spaces to graves, and even if your last character dies "A distant relative moves to the farm"

solid game, but way too easy...just get all of the enlightenment upgrades before anything else, and grow trees to sell at market and buy bread. keep your family size small at first so graveyard fills slowly

Hit a glitch; one of the graveyard spaces stayed buildible. I think this happened because I ordered one of the peons to build before someone died.

where is this goddamn school? oÔ no seriously .. im searching for it for 15 minutes now, no chance. so, where is it? help?

To send someone to school you just need 25Gold - only source = market
To reach a high lvl, start with 2 ppl - send one to school (always), the other one plants only trees.
Research the right techtree first,
After having everything researched build one well, you only need 1 person to drive the farm - no worries, you get automatically a new person if you die,
Build pens on all spots and buy cow, if u have two cow left in a pen they will breed more cow - cooking those brings the wealth
Selling is not necessary, the value of all goods count for the score.

This game is difficult at first, trying to figure out how to get everything to work and so forth, but once you get a grasp on the game itself, it becomes easy and you just have the tedious death every now and then. Some of the names are really not the greatest choice in my opinion, but overall the game has a 5/5 and this without any instructions.

Glitch: If you have someone about to do something on a spot and then a grave goes there, they will still do it and the spot is still avilable. + so CuriousGaming can see

Why is it so addicting to see little people running around performing menial manual labor? Because, fool, they are my minions, and they do what I please...
