And thanks for a super-depressing message at the end, Chris Wallace. Way to turn an hour of fun into a box of cat turds! Those alien bastards deserved what I did to them!

Valuable tips: (1) Pause at the beginning of every round to look at you choices and build your stuff. (2) Fighters that take down other fighters are great, but suck when there's a lot of asteroids. (3) Get rid of unwanted structures by highlighting it and pressing k. (4) Barricades are the best, cheap and protects your fragile structures (4) Upgrades: Get structure regen first for barricades and heat damage missions, then power efficiency for faster income. (5) Black hole missions mean that you only have limited time, just build one generator and as may fighters/starports as you can! + if this helps

When the map starts shrinking due to the black hole, you can just pause and build something and you automatically win since your new building was the last to be destroyed.

No selling features? I hate this lame game, and the infinity maps because of this stupid failure. bg 1/5 only because of this
but need more things:
-hide minimap
-old maps should give some cash
-space button = pause
-repair priority
-and that damn sh*tty sell button
nice try, big fail

If you have troubles beating infected, but start with a lot of energy, pause the game ASAP, build extenders towards him at pause, and then built a heck of autogun turrets up close at his main base.

I like this game but really some levels aren't hard just the cpu starts off way infront of you with prebuilt base or more money... only levels I didn't bother with were infested and cpu having a who can rapid spawn the quickest in first few seconds... So I did like that you made it where when certain amount of levels complete you can just do final battle... which was easy after I just spawned like 3 miners and 4 interceptors with 1 super carriers and then game was to easy to build whatever I wanted.

A really great feature would be to chose your look. You always see the enemy with different units, but why can't you play with them?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if i would finish all levels before the final level i would have more than 4k credits more than i need for the updates^^

I figured out a great strategy for hard-to beat infection levels. Buy the beam upgrades, unlock the Miner and at the beginning of the round, don't spend your money on Reactors but just build as many Miners as you have cash for. I promise it will pay off, and it's the only way I got past all the Infection levels. Also, stay away from big ships on those particular levels unless they are the ones that launch fleets of little dudes.

This game is awesome i didn't know about it until badge of the day so i wish i knew about it earlier! It was the badge 2 days ago.

lethal combination #1: freeze drones, interceptors and gunships.
lethal combination #2: freeze drones, turrets. nothing can fight back.
lethal strategies: take advantage of your time stopping powers! place while time is frozen. always use one reactor over 4 generators. + this comment if you benefit from my advice so others can use it. for the (fighter) horde!

Cute concept, but horrible level balance. Seriously, some levels are sickening: starting next to a base that starts with black hole turrets, or defense levels (especially vs infestors) are 5-seconds-you-lose matches, whereas others are too easy, like skirmishes that has you to the far right while 2 others break each other or fire damage levels in general.

Now wait a minute. The "Final Mission" was way easier then some of the skirmishes. Something ain't right here. Still, 5/5. Liked it very much.

Okay, seriously. Black hole timers, improved repair AI, pause shortcut, and replayable levels for additional credits or at least refundable upgrades. Make a sequel. This was good, but needs to be finished.

Super Carrier: Should I look this way? That way? maybe this way? naw, lets just attack the smallest unit flying by instead of attacking the huge ship that those little ships are coming out of..
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's a nice game all-in-all, but the black holes open too soon. There's no timer. All you know is that in about 3 minutes you see a black dot in the middle of the screen, then by minute 4 it's about to kill you.

There is a pause key, its at the top of the screen.
That button is so useful....
Strategy-wise fairly straightforward. Get the best energy station first, a few defences, then spam small ships.

This game is ok, but it has a steep learning curve. The biggest help though, is knowing you can pause right at the start of a map, and build up some kind of defense before starting it. I also suggest building a reactor first, and then throwing turrets up to defend yourself.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'd suggest using basic turrets and laying down as many fighter bays as you can, seems to be a lot easier than when I was building autoguns, double blasters, and generators as well.

surprising amount of increase in difficulty from levels rated at 10 vs 15 vs 20s, for the 20s the turrets I place get dropped to half health within the first few seconds, usually never lasting more than 15-20 seconds

Good graphics, good concept an very nice execution with the music and sounds not being too repetitive as well as apropos. The gui has acouple of negative points (no pause key), the minimap hiding part of the map (very relevant in one game where I was wedged up against that corner - the hardest level I ended up playing despite being mid-game. Overall it could be a little less repetitive in terms of gameplay since a lot of the later levels require lower tech. with good upgrades rather than using all the fancy new stuff you got... that Titan cannon killed most of my fighters due to the explosion spreading through them like wildfire - a real issue in itself.

I love, unfortunatelly the difficulty is not progressive and non logical, the infection is much too fast, the next GH3 will be a masterpiece. Some vessels looks totally useless, it's a pitty, it's a lack of strategy. Just my feeling about the game ofc!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I should also mention that the upgrade for 'Infection resistance' means absolutely shit since I'm infected on every single hit. And every damn enemy can infect. Why would you do this, you asshole?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The infection mechanic is too fast. I cannot beat a Skirmish because the alien first infects the other enemy, and then they team up to kick my ass. This is within 30 seconds.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Maybe throwing the levels difficulty a lil 2 fast. And it takes a bit for me to build my defense's and im already getting shot at by tons of ships!!!

Crashes my Flash in Firefox. Crashes my Flash in Chrome. Maybe a good idea is telling us what browser and version of Flash we're supposed to use to run the game?

Things that would be nice is the ability to destroy your own buildings perhaps with the delete key, if the game started paused so you could make full advantage of your starting materials, slightly larger sized maps so you could scroll off the playing area a little as to put the centre of your screen on an object that is on the edge of the playable area, and possibly the ability to undo upgrade purchases.
