To elaborate on my comment below: Let's say you have 2 light carrier that can do x amount of damage each, you want to decide whether to buy physics lab or another light carrier next. Another physics lab would do another 2x/2 = x damage for 350 energy, while another light carrier would do 1.5x damage for 550 energy, so a physics lab would have more value for worth. The order to buy goes like this: lc lc pl pl lc pl pl lc (lc=light carrier,pl=physics lab)

Do this and the last level will be a breeze. Buy Heavy Industry to quicken ship production, Hangar Launcher to quicken carrier production, Hangar Capacity to increase carrier production. Get Physics Lab on one of the levels (it appears randomly). Then spam built light carriers and physics lab on every level! Trust me, do not use other carriers as light carriers give the most effective damage per energy. This way you pile bonus on bonus multiplicatively and is the easiest way to win most levels. More than often you will swarm the map within seconds. Important note: To get the most out of physics lab, roughly build one physics lab for every light carrier you build. Trust me on this one too I've done the math.

after trying several things easiest way to beat this : You only need 2 kind of ships. Interceptors(mainly)& a few mining. You just build reactors till ur energy runs out. Then you build interceptors around them. You don't need anything else. You also don't need to beat all lvls for final stage to apear. For final stage I build reactors around my construction thingy. Then 1 line of interceptors around them with a few mining ships. Obviously you can't build 8 reactors at once so build 4 & make the line of interceptors. Then the extra build thingy on each side so you can build the big ships & the medium. But my guess is that using interceptors only will get u there fast. This strategy works on most lvls.

after using the repair turret + reactor hack, i have discovered that there is indeed such a thing as having too many starports making dreadnoughts. as in, i had so many hugeass ships they kept running into each other and exploding, ultimately causing more damage to my base than actual enemy ships. to think that such infinite power could lead to my own undoing...

Absolutely love the chaos >:D even if you find this niche strategy that makes things easy it feels really good to be sending out to destroy destroy DESTROY

EXTREMELY laggy for slow computer's like laptops and this has annoying repetitive music. Wouldnt play it anymore until an anti lag update.

Overall fun. Like the other tips suggest. Go hard in basic ship upgrades then in almost every fight just zerg rush interceptors and bombers.
Don't hesitate to use barricades.
Hold Shift when you click to drop more quickly.
Pause the game and drop all the units you want when you have too much energy.
Yes infested enemy units suck. There really isn't a good description of them in the help section either. Just mass small units but get them on the field immediately to keep your buildings safe and away you go.

If you want to include a time limit to a level....just tell the player how much time is left instead of not telling them and suddenly ending the level without any warning at all. Also, with all of the hotkeys built into the game.....where is the hotkey for pausing the game? The game really needs one since the player needs to constantly pause the game.

infection resistance make a realy little differance. they still can infest all my 800 ships to use back agains me. is there any chance to win against green? it seems impossible while all my turrets and fleet attacking me.

Just won. On every level I either spammed interceptors or light carriers - try light carriers first if it's defence. Heavy Industry first, then upgrades to support those units. No economy, no turrets, no barriers. Forget clever strategy when you can bring a bigger hammer.

I liked this game until you reach halfway through and it becomes physically impossible with all other teams ganging up together on you and random disasters without warning such as being swallowed by a black hole or infected, that ruined the game for me.

People saying this game is too easy are clearly not playing the same game I am; I'm finding some of these levels so impossible it doesn't even make sense.

I've reset this game and played all the way through several times. I really enjoy the balance and mechanics of the game.

Instructions for playing game really poor, I struggled to get the badge. Could not really figure out how to expand my territory to get over to an enemy and attack them.

ok, here is a very easy strategy for the last mission: it's a defense map wich means the enemy ships will spawn in waves wich means if you don't destroy the first very easy wave there won't spawn more.So just build reactors and defend them with barricades. The enemy ships can't destroy your barricades and you simply can get as many energy as you want.

It would be really great if we could check what our different stations were building. Because after you've got like 15+ different structures building ships it can get hard to keep track of what's making what.

fun game.. but too easy.. bomber rush or light carrier rush is enough to beat almost all level (except defense).. and for final level, build 1 super carrier and 1 Physics Lab

Fun little game. Should get some credit for subsequent times through missions. Otherwise no way to grind. Pretty solid game otherwise.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Only get credit for 1st time mission complete? Lame. Difficulty scales badly with upgrades, because the upgrades are not empowering. Game would have been better if you just farm either duel or multiplayer map with a player-defined difficulty scale. Instead, this game just sucks.

TIP - The first upgrade you should get is the "Heavy industry" one. It makes it that the bays/docks produce ships way faster and significantly lowers the difficulty of the game. Combined with the Physics Lab (unlocked by beating the most bottom-right level), the production of ships goes through the roof. I like to spam Interceptors (from the Fighter Bay) on most levels, and Bombers on Heat Damage levels.

Eventually your artillery will decimate the enemy base... Only need couple of beam cannons and rockets. Greenies need autoguns to make sure your own base doesn't get artillerized by your own artillery.

Everything changed when I found out I could set up my base at the beginning while paused.. So frustrating trying to defend while the other guys already have ships racing towards you
