Vimes, it is actually possible to get it. You just have to shoot it up not directly at it.
When you shoot up for #4, you must aim for the "right bracket". This means your aim line must be touching that bracket 3/4 of the way down, on the bracket.
Then you get your Ace.

this game is so glitchy. on 10 different levels i COMPLETELY missed two of them, and it says ACED HAHA. and im going "wtf?" 1/5 for time waster

It could be a top game, but first it has to have a level editor. You don't even have to make the effort, your next move is easy... Just put the source files on github and when the developer community picks it up, just imagine what this great idea could become… It is silly to not make source available these days, as good ideas such as yours have mind blowing potential once they are available to public...
