You need an average of 8,056 points per hole for the hard badge. It helps to get some easy hole-in-one's to make up for your mistakes.
I'm not familiar with the programming of isometric games but the physics seem to make total sense! For example, when your ball is in the "shrine" (with the moving wall at the bottom of the spiral ramp) you can hit it with max power in time with the gate, and if the line between the ball and your cursor intersects the opening, you can bounce off the shrine wall to grab the last rainbow piece and get a perfect 10,000.
I screwed up royally on the "skull" hole but still got 150,000 total points on my 3rd try. Keep trying and you'll get used to the power meter.

Really enjoyed this game and didn't think I would (I'm horrible at golf games) but I did really well (for me) the third time I played it. Challenging!

hehe cioplasm why would you think a 3DS could do more than a computer? It's the design of the game not the system that makes the perspective. Anyways fun game and challenging.

This would make a great game for 3DS, where you have some actual depth perception. On computer it's a pain to play because of the locked perspective.

cool, but incredibly irritating - not fun to chase a ball around for 5 minutes just to get to the next frustrating hole

I love this game! My only complaint would be that if you want to go back and replay a certain hole, you lose all your progress. This is particularly annoying if you're trying to get all the rainbow pieces. 4.5 stars, though.

Amazing work dampgnat, this was a well-made game with lots of interesting events. By far one of the best and most entertaining golfing games created. Top of the list 2016.

If you screw up a hole, click the "i" in the upper left. You can redo the game starting at that hole so you can at least tackle the Hard badge one hole at a time.

Very fun game. Just came to earn the badge of the day but ended up earning both of the medium ones and even replayed it trying to get the hard, sadly i only got up to 126.6 k score.

*Badge help* On the second hole if you put your mouse cursor in the corner between the upper right corner of kong and the border you should get a hole in one. Vote up if this helps you.

Love the game it's really beautiful and fun but the lack of zoom or rotating camera really hurt it. Also F*ck hole 18.

some of the phisics are a little messed up at the bridge before the spaceship but that might just be the camera angle other wise it was a nice little 5 min game

So I guess you're just going to withhold my "1 Ball, 1 Cup, 1 Stroke" badge of the day till I finish the annoying pile of crap game? Fine, I'll beat your game, but you're getting a single star for holding me hostage.

so good, I already had the badge and played anyway! -23 under par with 10 hits on hole 10! (that should have gone in 10x) there's another similar at dampgnat.com (or was)
