So, the two knights went to rescue her, crossing the Hotcold desert, traversing the "Confusingly Enomose Gap", got bored later and killed an oger named Shrek, realized they were going the wrong way and still got to the princess. Jack got the princess out of the cage and whats-his-face destroyed the castle and both later bought the castle next to it. They all lived together, the princess fell in love with both boys and the boys learned a valuable lesson. The princess is very annoying.
