Hard boss was a bit easier than I thought when I know the attack breaking moves, i.e, run right when he uses dash attack, and jump and press s, a alternatively if s is not available, then start your combo.

I really loved this one since it shows what happened to the lone warrior after he abandons Leo in Armed with Wings 3. This seems like it was originally meant to be part of that one but you didn't have the time to implement it. I especially liked the conversations between Vandheer and him since they added extra poignant sorrow to their feud and how it contrasted with Leo confronting Network in the fact that while Leo seeked Justice and prevailed, the Lone Warrior was blind with revenge and was vanquished. Morals always make stories better. Good work!

OH COOL! The last Armed With Wings is finally on Kongregate!... what? No upgrades?... oh... thats... dissapointing... *switches games*

Hard mode is just ridiculous. 1. No double jumps. 2. Enemies hit you that strong that you are dead once you got hit just once because you will never get up again. OH WOW

Wonderfully Beautiful Game! Need Another one of these! I love the straight forward feel of this compared to others, But Could use more Length. In my Opinion I would like to see another of these With the same abilities, Storyline, Play style, and feel with simply more length, Much more length at that. Love it (5/5) and d this!

Beating the final boss: Spam A until you get your S technique, then spam that. He can't do anything about it. It's like Pong all over again =D

If this is Vandheer Lorde just before his bossfight from Armed With Wings 3.... Just how much damage does the Lone Warrior deal?

This game has a definite Bleach feel to it. Some of the sword mechanics are similar, the character looks a bit like Tensa Zangetsu, Vandheer Lorde feels like a nod to Vasto Lorde... I love Bleach, whether that was intended or not it's awesome for me.

Great game. The twist on the boss is great, and when doing it on hard it really feels like someone is actually using Vlandeer.

@magicscreenman I think it's in the end of stage 4 of armed with wings 3, where the lone warrior goes after vandheer lorde.

I tried this game out because of how gorgeous it looked and it turned out it was a lot of fun. The special move mechanic was awesome. :D I love the animation style and it's lovely contrast and mood.

Beautiful main "campaign". Really dropped the ball on the final boss, though. They give you a much slower character who's incredibly fragile but has OP, spammable moves

OK, at least grant the player an auto-teleport when going over the edge during the bossfight on hard. as it is, the boss on hard is OP on a scale of >>>OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!<<<

So, I fall off the cliff, and I die.....then at the boss battle, I knock him off the cliff, and he teleports back onto the stage......
Why the fudge couldn't he teleport earlier?! D:<

@howiepogi, no it wasn't.
This is from wiki: Sunstudios developed a version of this game for cartoon network called Shadow Mission with the same gameplay, easier achievements, a different storyline, a command list and some moves have been altered.

@vertex772 That's because Daniel did a reskin of this game and sold it to CN. So to all you who claim CN copied this game, it was actually sun-studios man himself who did it. Proof of it in his Newgrounds blog.
