Tip for those trying for impossible badge, you HAVE to get drug resistance IV.
I've tried maxing everything in tier 3 and started killing from day 30 but at day 150 im still not even nearly done
Maxing the drug resistance and filling my lethal bar barely enough ended the game for me at day 90 ish

I've got the whole world infected and spread at a decent rate, mostly orange to red by day 27. My lethality bar is about half, but 0 people's dead?

The game's objective should either be: Infect madagascar as soon as possible, or: Start in madagascar, or: get infected 4-5 countries, go full invisible and then wait to get all the world infected but with no dead ppl and wait for madagascar to come down with infection, then go full kill

Wow so I couldn't infect madagascar no matter how many times I tried, I even restarted 10 times to try and start as madagascar, didn't work. I looked up tips and it said start as parasite so I did (I alrdy did before anyway). pick certain skills this and th eother
then it says get hear or cold depending on your starting country, I looked at it and it's madagascar O:
