one of the times i played it East Europe,Russia are the only not infected(even Madagascar) that is because either lucky or it was not a natural disease

It's one thing to watch as a ship sails right by Madagascar, it's something entirely more heartbreaking to watch a ship sail straight into Madagascar just for it to happen to have had 0 infected people on board

Why IS That as soon as a nation closes it's borders - NO ONE GETS INFECTED. EVER. PERIOD. DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH INFECTIVITY you got - it just NEVER happens. Even if an earthquake hits -still nothing.

This one ship was out when all ports were closed, and all it is doing is this little route in between The Americas and mexico
