I've struggled with badge one for months and, after a quick read though, managed to get it in an hour or two.
Seriously Madagascar, why the hell are you so paranoid? I mean, aside from the deadly disease that's intent on killing all of mankind.

There should be an achievement to infect at least one person in Madagascar for 30 points (for those that have a Kongregate account), and kill everyone in Madagascar for 60 points

The governments of this game are also wizards. My disease has no visibility or lethality, but they still start closing everything.

The governments of this game must not have good priorities. My disease doesn't kill anyone and all it does is make you cough, but they start freaking out and closing everything. You would think that something like Malaria would be a bigger concern.
