DARN YOU GAME!!! I finally get all the countries infected in realistic mode, people are starting to die, and the vaccine works for the first time ever! I've been playing this game for days too as a "Break from work game"

Finally got the impossible badge. Drug resist to 4 is the key to kill everyone fast enough.
Get the deadly kidney failure and hemorraging + as many of the other symptoms as you can. Started in Madagascar and did it with virus. World dead on 05.11.2008

14 02 2009: Series of Hurricanes hit Greenland. Greenland suffering from widespread drought. Between those and the fact that all 49752 citizens have an incurable parasite that causes fatigue, cysts, and vomiting, I doubt they had a very happy Valentine's Day.

If you use the 1-1-1-0 setup and are waiting for the infection to spread, keep an eye on Madagascar, right after a boat turns off of its southeast shore to head into it and before it reaches the island, turn sneezing on to boost infection... works most of the time. + up so others can see

WOW! an infected country developed the vaccine...so how can they ship the vaccine to the uninfected country without spreading the disease? :/
