1. Pick Virus
2. If you don't start in New Zealand, reset the game.
3. Remove any starting symptoms.
4. Add Cold I, Heat I and Moisture I.
5. Add Drug I, II, II and IV.
6. Add Waterborne and Airborne.
7. Wait until all countries are infected.
8. Add Sneezing, Coughing and Vomiting.
9. Wait for the entire world to become infected.
10. Add Tier II, III and IV.
11. Add Heart Failure.

A tip for getting Madagascar, use a parasite, and immediately bring your visibility to zero. Stay like this until you have at least one person infected in Madagascar. Then, level up your symptoms.

I infected almost the whole world, and had 1/5 lethality, and couldn't kill anyone .-.

try getting rid of all visibility and then giving it a high rate of infection. and then once everyone is infected turn on the fire and make them burn.

I just started another game of this in Realistic Mode and I see "DISEASE SPREADS TO MADAGASCAR" immediately. Now, I hope they don't shut down the Port lol.

It took a year to finally get a lethal symptom in realistic... (bad planning on my part perhaps), but I killed the whole world my first game. And the whole time there was this poor ship... bouncing from port to port in the Atlantic, but all ports were closed. Those poor people on the ship. They must've all starved to death ages ago. but there's the ship, ping-ponging away...

I got the easy badge August 29th, 2012. I got the impossible badge February 19th, 2017. Next game- Dino run. I should get the impossible there in a blink of an eye!
