Relaxed mode is much harder than realistic. I did the impossible badge on realistic, but I always fail Ultimate Relaxation Badge, thanks to Peru. When I start from peru, than Madagascar misses..

Progression slows down WAAYYYYY to much later on. I end up barely getting ANY evolution points. Like if you want this to be fixed too.

One thing I didn't like about this game is that if a certain country closed it's borders, ports, and airports before you could infect the country, you pretty much have to restart the game.

Managed to start from Madagascar, thought i was lucky and would win... took me 73 days to get out of Madagascar... only Australia managed to remain btw.

Yup, some mighty tough people in Greenland. 5 very sick people keep the entire country running, airport, shipyard and hospital included.

I only had 1st tier symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever, vomiting and sweating) but my virus still killed people... Is vomiting lethal?

I left a comment about the easiest (and possibly only idk) way to infect Madagascar years ago when I got the badge and suggested people upvote it so people can see it. Apparently nobody did, so here is my tip again:
Your virus/bacteria/whatever starts in a random country. You can randomly start in Madagascar. Just restart until you do.
KEEP IN MIND that this isn't foolproof. You still have to play strategically to win. If you just try to rush through it and not pay close attention to everything going in in the game world, another country can easily lock down and you won't win, but the hardest part will be out of the way with this trick.

so i had no symptoms, 0 visibility, and just before i infect madigascar, entire worl realizes they are infected with a disease that does nothing, and so yeah

I finally did it after too many attempts i started in Madagascar and infected everywhere. I feel slightly accomplished.

Today I started in Mexico. Top of Africa and Mexico Survived.
Then I started in Greenland. All countries were then infected.

In another attempt there were three ships stuck in a loop because all the shipyards had been closed so they couldn't go anywhere.

I started out in Madagascar and despite minimal visbility they still closed their shipyards before it spread to anywhere else.
That's about the point where I quit playing.

After 3 o 4 years of randomly playing this game I managed to wipe out the entire world... I never though that would actually make me happy

I've now had 6 games in a row where I've infected everything but Madagascar... I think I'm just going to keep reloading until it starts there.

@BoinkySiwinski: The only thing you can do is keep quitting and restarting until you get the starting country you want. It could take a couple tries, or a couple hundred.
