A disease with 0 visibility, no symptoms, and no lethality... the doctor's visit must sound like this:
"Doc, I think I've got something. I feel completely okay."
"Do you? Well, we can give you a check up."
"That'd be great, Doc."
"Well, looks like you're completely healthy."
"Wonderful! I'll go write an article about how people being completely healthy might secretly be infected with a disease that won't hurt them and isn't at all noticable or even infectuous. I'll be doing the world a favor!"
The guy then proceeds to create global panic about how everyone is infected with a deadly virus that they won't ever know they have and does no damage to their bodies at all. We'll call him Alex Jones.

andyb112's guide works, i was having a bit of trouble infecting countries, so i bought waterborne, and it was working, until every country died but Argentina was never infected.

Madagascar is no promise for the Impossible Badge. It must be said. It is decisive but you can get it and still not infect say, Peru or Argentina. You will know between days 20-30 whether ou will get the badge depending if *every* country is infected.

1)Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, Madagascar, New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE

OK, so when the Government doesn't know about the disease, I'm getting about 40-45 people infected at a time. BUT THEN WHEN HE/SHE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND CLOSES THE AIRPORTS, I'M GETTING LIKE 1000. SERIOUSLY, WHAT HAS HE/SHE DONE?

Everyone's talking about how sensitive Madagascar is, but no one mentioned how MANLY Greenland is? Their ports are open even when a lethal, infectious disease if flying around. All the countries are dying and their ships are leaving and circling around because no other ports are open. Greenland has been wiped out and they're ports are STILL open! "Eh, a disease is killing us all but what the heck? Let them all in!"

I think this game is really really cool and its one of my favourite but i also think the shipyard of Madagascar closes way too soon. I want a Pandemic 3
