I managed to go to day 199 with 528 death tolls, threat level of virus, earned NEGATIVE 41 POINTS AND NEGATIVE 55 POINTS LEFT!!!!!!!!

the gameis easy if you first get central or eastern europe then get rid of any syptoms with high visibility. the best is internal organs. then once you have infected evrywhere GO CRAZY AND KILL EARTH!!

If you guys want to know how to kill everyone, let a few days pass until you have enough points to get rid of all of the symptoms. Only the ones on the left side, keep the one on the right. When you get more points, buy more things on the right. This will increase the infectivity, but not lethality. Once everyone is infected, you should have a nice amount of points. You can then buy the deadly symptoms and unleash hell.

leave what leathality there is on, switch off human only, switch to waterbourne, when it says countrys have closed their borders, click continue, and just keep hitting go

Like so everyone can see:
1) Unselect human only.
2) Press go until day 20.
3) Turn off everything execpt fever.
4) Save up for waterbourne.
5) When you have all regions infected, turn on organ failure.
6) Spam the go button.

Yes! Finally managed to infect West Europe after ALOT of attempts! But didn't killed off all humanity :P great game anyway!
