To win you just have to get rid of all of the symptoms under the lethality EXCEPT for sneezing and buy all of the Transmission types. After that you buy all of the lethality if you are in every country.

Here is my guide to killing 100%. 1. Sell vomiting and sneezing. 2. After ages buy all transmissions 3. Wait some more (If you get the closing down message start again) 4. When all countries have been infected buy all symptons but don't wait to long. 5. wait until the death toll is 100% 6 if you ran out of days you didn't do it right. + To keep this guide alive.

it seems that when you are infected, you'll die in five days (when you are still at the beginning of the game), but when everybody in Asia get infected, it takes 30 days to kill all of them (with a more lethal virus). conclusion : upgrades are useless, because it seems your virus kills people easier without any of them xD

After manipulating my disease at the end of the game it said this when i killed the last person.

how to win :
1.) uncheck human only
2.) get body fluids
3.) uncheck sweating, get survivability outside host, uncheck coughing, get survivability outside host,, uncheck sneezing, uncheck vomiting
6.) get the rest of the infectivity power ups leaving airborne and waterborne for last, if all of the countries have been infected you should skip at least one of these
7.) once all the countries have been infected begin acquiring the lethality power ups starting from necrosis
