For a quick win, (I think i got 80 days) wait until you can sell of the symptoms that cause lethality. All but sneezing and sweating i think. Then buy all of the other things on the right after a few days. Then keep hitting "GO" until everyone is infected. By then, you should have enough points to buy everything else. By the way, people WILL die in the first days. I think a couple hundred for me. But as long as nothing gets shut down immediately, you'll be okay.

So easy...............Just remove everything involving lethality, max out infectivity, and infect the whole population. Then with 20 days left or so, max out lethality and wipe out earth.

I managed to go to day 199 with 528 death tolls, threat level of virus, earned NEGATIVE 41 POINTS AND NEGATIVE 55 POINTS LEFT!!!!!!!!

Like so everyone can see:
1) Unselect human only.
2) Press go until day 20.
3) Turn off everything execpt fever.
4) Save up for waterbourne.
5) When you have all regions infected, turn on organ failure.
6) Spam the go button.

Yes! Finally managed to infect West Europe after ALOT of attempts! But didn't killed off all humanity :P great game anyway!

Now, on top of that, the music is effective and mysterious, but I believe that it has a lot of stupid 'GO' clicking and a simple strategy. It's still fun though, and very murderous and blood-warming.

Really, why must people leave the perfect solution to the game right under the game for everyone to read, while I believe it really should be on Youtube or those other sites, which people access only when they are stuck.
