@delosford I know how to take a screenshot,but not how to send it to you, I am quite new to Kongregate. Also, I am going to black out my IP adress as well as my ISP IP adress... just for safety reasons

Filed the support claim and they basically just told me that they filed it as a duplicate. I can PM you the emails I got if you wish.

So I sent an angry email to support@cacloud.com, hopefully if enough of us send, they'll actually do something. Aside from that, I ran a tracert to cloutserver.net and of course got mainly timeouts, especially starting after the 9th hop. Hopefully, the hosting company will finally do something soon. And don't worry dev, we don't blame you. :)
Thanks for being understanding, and helpful with the emails. Just send them whenever it goes down and hopefully they'll get in the habit of fixing whatever the problem is.

These connection problems are really annoying! I know its not your fault (the developer) but it is just irratating. You should consider finding a different server provider, or host, or whatever you wanna call the guys that are causing this problemo

When I click anything (buy item or go to different section) it loads for sometime and then stops, no change in the screen.
Sounds like the same internet connectivity problems most people are having. You can open a command prompt and try doing a tracert to cloutserver.net to see where along the line it's failing to connect.

It seems people are having problems with getting on - I haven't, but I think I'll be emailing them anyway. Is it possible to petition or otherwise organize protest against this kind of thing? Or is the best any given person can do just send them emails? If they're not doing what you pay them to do, they're doing something illegal, and it's also inconsiderate and deceptive if they're trying to lie about it. I hope this issue can be resolved.
People are attacking connectivity to the game and my hosting company is lying about it. They actually tried to tell me that 504 errors are being caused by the server not having enough RAM. The server isn't even using half its RAM, and RAM can't cause internet connectivity problems before you ever hit the server.

I believe this game has a lot of potential to be an awesome politics games would be nice to see some real life database simulator such as features for the Stock Market on Wall street just a lot of upgrades to the existing Clout. The ability to pick a country for congress ship would be great in addition to fast updates on Foreign relations. Also would be nice to have a feature where you can create your own Congress Character with the added item abilities. Overall in my opinion great game and as well a News theme with generated news effected by the bills you pass an example such as a Newsreporter saying crime might spiral out of control because we passed the loose gun control bill but with the added make fun of congress comedy : P
Thanks for the feedback and support, though it's not likely I'll be implementing a complex market simulation. This isn't really the game for that. I'm not really sure what you mean by your other ideas.

A PM system would be awesome though, especially seeing as this is a game where you interact with eachother even if you don't, because everyones decisions affect The Not-So-United States Of America.
You really think pages and pages of ahuiwrhautaiwtgb ajkjfkahgaoiwh a iwurgbairbavwtaib bfiavbfvaiw etiautyghwiuart would make the game better? The problem is that trying to programmatically determine content (let alone quality) of a freeform entry is pretty much impossible.

Currently there is no way to tell a player directly who is outside of chat "No, don't do that." even within your own party.

Can you have new players directed to their party and team chats so they don't mess stuff up? I think it would help a lot as a new player...

I am amazed that you are able to respond to every comment that people make, even the best devs will only respond to the top few, so mad props!
I've contacted the hosting company. There's nothing I can personally do about a 504 error. It's being intentionally caused by detractors of the game. They've done it a couple times before. Guess they can't handle the recent success due to the advertising.
