Okay, a few hours of gameplay, noticed that you either have to be elite or pay for layer things which costs real money, havn't really caught me enough to think it's worth paying for it. 2/5 due to that.

does anyone know what happens to the gel and some of the others items when you pick them up? I've been checking my inventory and I don't see them in there.
These items are located under your "Battle Souveneirs" icon. Here is how you can get to that icon:
First click on the white arrow icon which is at the bottom right of the downWorld screen.
Then click on the brown backpack icon, which is the "Battle Souvenirs" icon.

Perhaps I'm being dozy, but how would one unlock level 2 for 30 cents? The smallest number of gems you can buy is 300 for 100 Kreds, which is about $10.

Hmm, doesn't seem to run on Safari. It won't even load after you create and name a character. Also, yes, you guys SERIOUSLY dropped the ball on this one if you decided to make most of it "pay to play". This is a free game site, I'd say about 50%-75% (if not more,) of the players here either don't or cannot have a credit card. The others are right, you would've made more money off ads than you will through that.

from the comments i read most of the game is is pay to play and before you leave a comment saying its 30 cents a layer of 15 hours its still pay to play and you could have made more money from the ads because the game looks pretty fun and if you promise in the kongregate link in the side of game spotlight it would have made a fan base.Also when i clicked crafting my flash player crashed 1 second afterwards.

Please give us an option to turn off the move suggestion. Sometimes, people that can think for themselves find it to be a horrible, horrible feature that causes a great deal of irritation...

I KNOW it costs 30 cents for 15 hours, but no one would pay that even though it's cheap. Flash games are meant to be free.

I picked start your adventure hoping to avoid a tutorial that treats me like a moron, but it didn't work, i still had forced moves even after the first fight...

I get the impression the developers are trying to tell me something about advanced layers and how much they cost? I just cant seem to quite work it out, if only they would repeat the same response for all the top comments...

The game would be easier to understand if you gave tips on who the quest givers for different quests were, or a location to head to. The game is a fun game though, despite the costs, even if "cheap"...

I give up on this game, it was alright on the first day i played but now forget it, when you fight certain monsters you must fight with different techniques like using maelstrom or ricoshet! Game gets annoying after awhile.

First of all, the translation in german is awfull! If you don´t speak german, then leave it in english! Don´t run an autotranslator over it, just to attract a few more people. At least find someone who translates it for you! The Battles are boring, the Items expensive and the menu is unclear and confusing. Do you seriously expect people will pay for this game? Instead of creating a nice game experience for the player you just focused on making money, thats why it will crash and burn!

No, the german translation is not only scrap, its absolute bullshit. Many things can not be understood, because words and grammar are completely wrong.

not bad but it's more like a demo, the devs just need player interest to get people to pay for the full game, not bad idea just probably won't work well here on Kong.

Good game! My computer is kind of laggy, so I couldn't play too much. I agree with dcish that there should be a way to disable some effects. This may not be for too many people, but I am having a hard time getting around from one place to another, getting lost and because of the big screen, having to scroll and search for a way around. Otherwise, great game!

I find it's pretty laggy on my 6mo old macbook air, would be nice if there would be a way to disable some effects to increase game speed.

The whole "pay to play the full game" thing isn't really all that welcome, although understood. Polished appearance, solid game mechanics, a bug I've found though is that adding a new identity causes the browser to redirect back to the Kong homepage. Overall a solid game and if future play isn't majorly impeded by not buying the in-game currency, it's definitely worth playing.
