While I was playing this game I was writing the story in my mind and when I got to the last picture when he died I cried for a few minuets :s.

instead of cross-eyed i prefer the opposite, that is, to unfocus or "see through". it is actually easier on the eyes since it relaxes instead of tenses which is what happens when you cross your eyes. also, the image produced by seeing through is easier to look at. the only challenge is actually just comprehension in that people commonly know how to cross their eyes but not to see through things. once you acquire that skill though it is better than crossing eyes. practice on stereograms to do so.

why do people presume that marriage continues after death? "till death do us part." this is no longer qualified as adultery. death and return to his first love signifies his new freedom.

another beautiful game! man... wish I had that kind of art talent D: -headdesk- nothing like a creative mind but not a creative hand ;o anyways... should totally make a CD with the music from these games... just so haunting and beautiful. A little teary eyed shortly after starting this game...

So, on normal mode there are more differences than you have to find? Cause on more than one level, I saw another difference when I got the bonus and went on to the next level

Oh my, this story is so nice, I don't suppose there's continuation? In my opinion, it should have been much, much longer, haha.

Wow, how pathetic that almost all the comments which explain with good reason why this story is so poor have been rated under threshold. Would anyone care to explain how this man was not essentially adulterous and how it's a nice story?

In the last picture, you see (porbably) his daughter and granddaughter. So he is cheating with the moonlightgirl, right ?

Amazing artwork, wonderful music and a great game that's not too challenging or too easy. Definitely one of the best games I've played this year! 4/5, points off because I have bad vision and some of the differences I had trouble finding because of the colouring.

To zoom in click outside the game and hit ctrl and + at the same time. This will be needed if you plan to try hard mode. Good Luck.

@snupaku: You totally read my mind. I thought a boner at his age would be a call for joyous occasion. Guess not.... seeing that he *SPOILER* up and died the same day.

I would definitely like to see this story continued in a follow up...+it and hopefully the developer and the wonderful artist Stephanie Herrera will consider it.

hard is much easier if screen the only source of light. 1-2 per screen is very hard to see when gradients too smooth. if you really want to "hack" these games... just use layer subtract of a snapshot in any layered paint program I'm not sure if 3d eyes tricks are not harmful in long term.

1st. it is a knee. 2nd I see it that way: he met a strange female in the middle of the forest and saw something strange happening with her amulet... he stole it and she escaped frightened. + if you agree with me. I think he had a wife or was a racist.

Oh, and while that was extremely well done, it was also really kind of depressing. Now, I'm not necessarily saying that's a bad thing, as it takes effort/skill to be able to evoke feelings in the player rather than having them just be completely apathetic, I'm just saying...actually, I don't know what I'm saying; I suppose just that it was a very somber piece. I did give it a five, and I suppose that's what counts.

Erm...@submachine...I certainly see a nymph, but I'm not seeing this nympho you're talking about. Who knows, maybe the nymph is a nympho, but there doesn't seem to be any evidence of that. And as a male I feel like I would probably have noticed if there was. Not to mention if there were nymphos in this particular story, chances are kongregate wouldn't have liked that, as it would be awfully adult oriented for the children that frequent this site.

5/5 i loved it! i played through on all diff in order and was repeatedly frustrated by the fact that i had seen each pic so much but i failed to notice that suddenly one pic had stripes on a piece of clothing

I would give this the top score if it was actual parts of the image that was missing and not things like reflection of light on cloth surfaces. Colour differences and piece differences are fine, but such small details, even tho it is supposed to be difficult, just a little bit too much. Inb4, great game n story.

i believe the girl represents death. she comes to him when he is near a lake and hunting. hunting accident? and then she takes him away from the hospital later on. Try to keep that in mind if you play it again. oh yes and i believe the amulent is the light at the end of the tunnel.

Not bad. Your average find the differences game. It is nice that there's a story though. More importantly, I got the badge. I know no one cares, but I was freaking that my account wasen't registering badges because it will not give me the hard badge in Cyclomaniacs even though I earned all 70, and isn't updating scores on other games,. So..this showed me that there shouldn't be a problem with my account...I hope. Anyways, enough rambeling. 3/5
