Beautiful. Just beautiful.
This is probably my favorite spot the difference game I've seen so far simply because the story is very touching and elegant and the artwork is amazing. This game is very extravagant.

In the first level with the old man lying in the hospital, I could not help but wonder "WTF is that third lump under the covers?" Obviously the old timer is pitching a tent.

The music is so beautiful... I tried looking in the credits but it's not written anywhere who is the artist... Is there anyway we could download it, please ?

so,he remembered moon lady until his death and even that he had a wife he preferred to run away with a green woman, which he met only once in his life?

I was looking for the really small, obscure things in hard mode. Doing that distracted me from the really, really obvious things. asdfsdglwkegj

The quintessential spot-the-difference game. Always better with a story. This one in particular is touching in it's rather bittersweet ending. Good job.

What about the woman that gave birth to his daughter and granddaughter? He doesn't float away with her when she dies? Did he adopt and remain celibate? Divorce? Murder for not living up to a phantom he saw for five minutes when he was a kid? Aaaaagh, EXPLAIN!

What an ending. His family is crying over his body while his cheatin ass is still chasing some watery tart that he hooked up with on a hunting trip. If that ain't love then I dont know what love is.

Beautiful game, but what's with the girl's tattoos and the boy's scarf? Some times there is a tattoo on her arm/leg, sometimes there isn't any at all... Same goes for the stripes of the scarf's end.
Despite of that, I really loved that game~! Gorgeus graphics, nice melody, sad, but beautiful story. Thank you for the experience :D

Oh, and while that was extremely well done, it was also really kind of depressing. Now, I'm not necessarily saying that's a bad thing, as it takes effort/skill to be able to evoke feelings in the player rather than having them just be completely apathetic, I'm just saying...actually, I don't know what I'm saying; I suppose just that it was a very somber piece. I did give it a five, and I suppose that's what counts.

I would definitely like to see this story continued in a follow up...+it and hopefully the developer and the wonderful artist Stephanie Herrera will consider it.

I want more games like this on Kong, please. Good change from the shooters, killing, Zombies, more shooters and killing and what not...

Juast thought I'd put it out there for those of you who wanted to add something to the game: Depending on which side you click on, the picture will change accordingly. The side with the circle will remain the same as the side with the pointer will change.

I noticed that a lot of the developer's games are based off of books, comics, or shows, but I haven't been able to figure out what this game, Moonlight Differences, is based on. Can anyone tell me?

Easy mode: steamrolled, my cat could do it. Normal: Ok, what's that shake mechanic do? Hard: but the images are identical...

difference games like this always made me wonder what is the "canon" form of the images - now, thanks to the gallery mode, i know :)

the only reason i did hard was for the other ending...and i had to wait about half an hour overall for the hints to recharge

The difference between easy mode and hard mode really isn't that noticeable. It just changes from click click click shake to shake shake shake click...

When you click on a difference, the pictures will change to match the side that has the little circle rather than the arrow pointer.
